mukta-punaḥ-pihita-rādhikā-vadanaḥ |
mukta-first uncovered — let free(जिसके द्वारा राधिका का मुख पहले) खोला गया
punaḥ-pihita-and then veiled over again punaḥ = 'once more'; pihita = coveredऔर फिर से ढक दिया गया
rādhikā-vadanaḥ— [such was] Rādhikā's face; he [Kṛṣṇa] by whose hand it was so bahuvrīhi ending -vadanaḥ = 'the one by whose act her face…'; qualifies kṛṣṇaḥ (L3)राधिका का मुख जिसके कर्म का विषय बना — वह (कृष्ण)
mukta — uncovered; punaḥ-pihita — and covered over again; rādhikā-vadanaḥ — [was] Rādhikā's face; [he, Kṛṣṇa, by whom it was done]
Kṛṣṇa, in the water-play, uncovers Rādhikā's face and then covers it over once more.
First line of an illustrative verse (Padyāvalī 301), quoted here 'yathā vā' as an udāharaṇa of jala-keli, the water-sports — and, as Viśvanātha's introduction states, of Kṛṣṇa's turn in it, following Rādhā's victory.

koka-yūnoḥof the young pair of cakravāka birds genitive, governed by vighaṭana-saṅghaṭana in L3युवा चक्रवाक-युगल के (वियोग-संयोग का — L3 से सम्बद्ध)
jagat — the world; avatu — may [Kṛṣṇa] protect; koka-yūnoḥ — [he who delights in the parting-and-joining] of the young cakravāka pair
May Kṛṣṇa protect the world — he who plays with the parting and reuniting of the young pair of cakravāka birds.
koka = cakravāka, the ruddy goose. By poetic convention the cakravāka pair is parted all through the night and reunites by day — so whatever makes them read the sky as night or as day parts them or joins them. The verse is built on that convention.
'कोक' अर्थात् चक्रवाक (लाल हंस)। काव्य-रूढ़ि के अनुसार चक्रवाक-युगल रात भर बिछुड़ा रहता है और दिन होते ही मिल जाता है — इसलिए जो कुछ उन्हें आकाश को रात या दिन जैसा दिखा दे, वही उन्हें अलग करता या मिलाता है। यह श्लोक इसी रूढ़ि पर रचा गया है।

vighaṭana-saṅghaṭana-kautukī kṛṣṇaḥ ||
vighaṭana-saṅghaṭana-kautukīwho delights in [their] parting and their reuniting kautukī = 'one whose kautuka — playful delight — is in…'; governs koka-yūnoḥ (L2)(चक्रवाक-युगल के) वियोग और संयोग कराने में जिसे कौतुक (चंचल आनन्द) है
kṛṣṇaḥKṛṣṇa — the subject who is to protect the worldवह कृष्ण
kṛṣṇaḥ — Kṛṣṇa; vighaṭana-saṅghaṭana-kautukī — who delights in the parting and reuniting [of the cakravāka pair]; [jagat avatu — may he protect the world]
Kṛṣṇa takes a playful delight in parting the cakravāka pair and joining them again. He is one and the same Kṛṣṇa as the one of line 1, who uncovers and re-covers Rādhā's face. The verse leaves us to feel how the two connect — her uncovered face bright as the moon, then hidden away again. May he protect the world.

In the water-play, Rūpa Gosvāmī first told of Śrī Rādhā's victory. Now he tells of Śrī Kṛṣṇa's turn as well. That is why the verse opens 'yathā vā'.
