hima-visara-viśīrṇāmbhoja-tulyānana-śrīḥ
hima-visara-viśīrṇāmbhojaa lotus torn apart by a heaped mass of frost tatpuruṣa inside the bahuvrīhi — hima 'frost, cold dew' + visara 'a mass, heap' (so Viśvanātha glosses below) + viśīrṇa 'shattered, withered' + ambhoja 'lotus'; the killed flower her face is matched toहिम (तुषार) के समूह से मुरझाए हुए कमल (के समान)
tulyānana-śrīḥshe whose facial beauty is like that [withered lotus] bahuvrīhi qualifying Viśākhā — tulya 'equal to' + ānana 'face' + śrī 'beauty, splendor'; 'she of whom this holds'जिसके मुख की शोभा उसके तुल्य है
hima-visara-viśīrṇa-ambhoja — a lotus shattered by a mass of frost; tulyānana-śrīḥ — [Viśākhā,] whose face's beauty is like that.
Her face's beauty had become like a lotus torn apart by a heavy fall of frost. This is the first of three images. Each part of Viśākhā's beauty is turned into a flower killed by cold or heat. Taken together they draw the malināṅgatā — her whole body dulled and withered by separation.
An udāharaṇa illustrating malināṅgatā, 'a dulled, withered body' — the vipralambha (separation) condition just introduced by the lead-in 'atha malināṅgatā.' The verse is spoken to Kṛṣṇa about Viśākhā; three parallel similes (face, lips, eyes) each liken a feature of her beauty to a flower faded by frost, harsh wind, or the autumn sun, so that her fading limbs are the theme throughout.

upamauṣṭhīshe whose lips are like it bahuvrīhi — upama 'resembling' + oṣṭha 'lip'; the second of the three flower-similesजिसका अधर उसके समान है
khara-marut-aparajyat-bandhu-jīva — a bandhujīva flower wilting under a harsh wind; upamauṣṭhī — she whose lips resemble it.
Her lips had become like a red bandhujīva flower wilting under a harsh, biting wind. The bright red of a healthy mouth has gone slack and faded. That is the second withered flower.

aghahara — O sin-remover [Kṛṣṇa]; śarad-arka-uttāpita-indīvara — a blue lotus scorched by the autumn sun; akṣī — she whose eyes are like it.
And her eyes, O remover of sins, had become like blue lotuses (indīvara) scorched by the autumn sun. The first two flowers were killed by cold; this one is burnt by heat — but all three are faded alike. This completes the picture of her withered face, lips, and eyes.

mlāpitāwas made to wither, was drained of bloom causative past participle of √mlai 'to wilt, droop'; 'caused to fade'मुरझा दी गई (कुम्हला दी गई)

viśākhā[all this is] Viśākhā, the subject nominative — the girl whom all three similes describeविशाखा (यह सब जिसका वर्णन है)
viśākhā — Viśākhā; tava viraha-vipatti — by the calamity of separation from you; mlāpitā āsīt — had been made to wither.
All this — the frost-struck face, the wind-wilted lips, the sun-scorched eyes — is Viśākhā. She had been withered, drained of every bloom, by the calamity of separation from you, Kṛṣṇa. The verb mlāpitā, 'made to wilt,' ties her straight to the three fading flowers: separation is at once the frost, the harsh wind, and the burning sun.

visaraḥ samūhaḥ ||
visaraḥthe verse-word visara [in L1] nominative — the single lemma Viśvanātha picks out to gloss'विसर' — वह एक पद जिसे विश्वनाथ चुनकर समझाते हैं
samūhaḥmeans samūha, 'a mass, a heap' the gloss-word; so hima-visara = 'a whole mass of frost', not any one flakeसमूह (अर्थात् ढेर) — अतः हिम-विसर = हिम का पूरा ढेर, कोई एक कण नहीं
visaraḥ — the verse-word visara; samūhaḥ — means 'a mass, a heap'.
Viśvanātha stops on just one word: visara means samūha, 'a mass, a heaped quantity.' So in L1 hima-visara is 'a whole mass of frost' — a heavy fall of it — that shatters the lotus of her face. That is the only word he glosses here.
