O lovely one, over this deed of crushing Śaṅkhacūḍa it is not fitting for you to show any disdain—
An udāharaṇa of sakhyādibhir upālambha-prayogaḥ, 'the use of reproach through the girlfriends and the rest', the mode named in the lead-in to 15.120. The verse runs across all four lines; here Kṛṣṇa's-side sakhīs begin to chide proud Bhadrā (so Viśvanātha identifies the speakers).

—toward your beloved Kṛṣṇa, who has taken it as his vow to grant safety to everyone. (Crushing Śaṅkhacūḍa was that vow in action.)

With words like these—spoken by her friends, but really set going by Kṛṣṇa the Mura-slayer, and she never noticed his hand in it—proud Bhadrāvalī was won over and her pride split open.

kāścit tat-sakhyaḥ śrī-kṛṣṇa-pakṣīyāḥ — certain of her girlfriends, the ones on Kṛṣṇa's side; māninīṁ bhadrāṁ — to proud, sulking Bhadrā; āhuḥ — spoke; kartum iti — the verse 'kartum...'.
Some of Bhadrā's own girlfriends—the ones who take Kṛṣṇa's side—say this to her while she is sulking in her pride: the verse 'kartum...'.
The sakhīs are the mouthpiece, but they are śrī-kṛṣṇa-pakṣīyāḥ, secretly acting for Kṛṣṇa—which sets up the alakṣitam ('undetected') of L3.

The unstated point: had Kṛṣṇa not killed Śaṅkhacūḍa, what would have become of us? So it is no small deed to slight—he saved us all by it.
Śaṅkhacūḍa is the demon Kṛṣṇa slew while he was menacing the gopīs; the sakhīs turn that rescue into their argument against Bhadrā's disdain.

bhadrāvalīti bhadrāyā eva saṁjñā ||
bhadrāyāḥ evaof Bhadrā herself—no one else gen.; eva rules out a plural senseभद्रा का ही ('ही' से अन्य अर्थ का निषेध)
saṁjñāis just a nameनाम (संज्ञा) है
bhadrāvalī iti — the word 'Bhadrāvalī'; bhadrāyāḥ eva saṁjñā — is simply a name of Bhadrā herself.
'Bhadrāvalī' is nothing but a name for Bhadrā. Don't read the -āvalī as 'a row of women'; it is just what she is called.
-āvalī ordinarily means 'a row, series'; Viśvanātha blocks that reading—here it is part of the proper name, so the verse is about one gopī, not a group.
