An udāharaṇa of priya-gātre bhogāṅka-darśanam, 'the seeing of union-marks on the beloved's own body,' quoted from Vidagdha-mādhava 4.40. Rādhā, the khaṇḍitā, reads Kṛṣṇa's red eyes and cut lip as evidence of a night with a rival, then 'excuses' him in words that accuse him.

khaṇḍitā śrī-rādhā — Rādhā the offended heroine; anunayantaṁ śrī-kṛṣṇam — to Kṛṣṇa who is coaxing her; tad-vacana-anuvādena eva — by echoing his own words; viparīta-lakṣaṇayā — through inverse implication; prāha — speaks; muktāntar-nimiṣam iti — the verse 'muktāntar-nimiṣam'

Rādhā is now the khaṇḍitā — she has seen a rival's marks on Kṛṣṇa. As he coaxes her, she throws his own excuses back at him, and by inverse implication says the reverse of what the words state. So she speaks the verse.
viparīta-lakṣaṇā is a figure of speech (from alaṅkāra-śāstra): the surface words excuse or praise, the intended sense accuses. Rādhā repeats Kṛṣṇa's own alibis so each 'excuse' points straight at his guilt.

Read as a pun, 'deva' flips from the honorific 'O lord' to a vocative from √div, 'to sport' — 'O you who live for play!' The line then reads: 'Why hold back? Fetch her here before my very eyes and enjoy her.' The knife inside the sweet words.
The śleṣa turns the reverent 'deva' (O lord) into 'O pleasure-seeker' (from √div, 'to sport'). One layer excuses Kṛṣṇa; this layer dares him to flaunt the rival to her face. The two readings stand side by side, neither cancelling the other.
