L1definition
tatrāpi ca susakhyādi hṛdi yasyā virājate |

yasyāof the woman in whom relative genitive, answered by tasyā in L2जिस नायिका के (यह 'जिस' आगे L2 के 'उसी' से उत्तरित होता है)
virājateshine, are fully presentसुशोभित होते हैं
yasyā hṛdi — in whose heart; susakhyādi — excellent comradely love and the rest; virājate — shine; tatrāpi ca — even among those heroines too.
The verse presses the discussion of the heroines one notch further. Take the woman in whose heart susakhya — fine, deep comradely love — and the other such qualities shine brightly. He is about to say what necessarily follows for her. The sentence runs on into the next line.
susakhya, 'excellent friendship/comradeship [in love],' is here treated as one of a set of love-qualities (susakhya-ādi, 'and the rest'); the verse does not spell the set out.
L2definition
tasyā vipakṣa-vaiśiṣṭye na syād eva sahiṣṇutā ||
tasyāfor her genitive answering yasyā of L1उसी नायिका के (L1 के 'जिस' का उत्तर)
vipakṣa-vaiśiṣṭyewhen a rival is singled out for special favor locative of occasion: vipakṣa (rival, co-wife) + vaiśiṣṭya (being distinguished/preferred) — 'at the rival's being favored'प्रतिपक्षिणी (सौत) के अधिक प्रिय ठहराए जाने पर
na syād evathere simply could not be eva hardens the denial — 'not at all, on no account'कदापि नहीं होती ('ही' से निषेध दृढ़ होता है)
sahiṣṇutātolerance, the power to endure itसहनशीलता
tasyā — for her; vipakṣa-vaiśiṣṭye — when a rival is singled out for favor; sahiṣṇutā — tolerance; na syād eva — simply cannot exist.
For such a woman, when a rival is singled out for special favor, there can be no tolerance at all — she cannot bear it. That inability to bear it is māna, jealous indignation. So the rule is: depth of love shows itself precisely as intolerance of a rival being preferred. Where the love-quality is present, the jealousy must follow.
māna — jealous, offended pride — belongs to vipralambha (love-in-separation). The verse ties it to the depth-qualities of love: only a heart holding susakhya-ādi flares into it.
L3conclusion
ataḥ satyāṁ vinānyāsāṁ susakhyāder abhāvataḥ |
ataḥtherefore, for just this reason draws the conclusion from the rule of L1-L2इसलिए (L1-L2 के नियम से यह निष्कर्ष निकलता है)
satyāṁ vināapart from Satyā (Satyabhāmā) vinā governs the accusative satyām — 'except Satyā'सत्या को छोड़कर ('विना' यहाँ द्वितीया 'सत्याम्' को लेता है)
anyāsāṁin the other [queens] genitive — 'of the others,' i.e. the remaining wivesअन्य (शेष रानियों) के
susakhyāder abhāvataḥbecause susakhya and the rest are absent [in them] ablative of cause: susakhya-ādi + abhāva + -taḥ — 'because of the absence of…'
ataḥ — therefore; satyām vinā — apart from Satyā; anyāsām — in the other queens; susakhyādeḥ abhāvataḥ — because susakhya and the rest are lacking.
Now the conclusion the rule forces. Therefore — apart from Satyā (Satyabhāmā) — the other queens simply do not carry susakhya and those qualities in their hearts. And because those qualities are absent in them… the point is completed in the next line.
'Satyā' is Satyabhāmā; the verse names her as the one queen who does hold the qualities. It leaves 'the others' unnamed — the specific co-wives are not identified in the text itself.
L4conclusion
śrute’pi pārijātasya dāne māno na cābhavat ||
śrute’pieven though it was heard of locative absolute (with dāne) + api — 'even when [the news] had reached them'सुन लेने पर भी
pārijātasya dāneof the giving of the pārijāta [flower to another] pārijāta (the celestial coral-tree flower) + dāna, locative absolute — the event that was heardपारिजात (स्वर्गीय मन्दार-पुष्प) के (सत्या को) दिए जाने पर — यही वह बात है जो सुनी गई
māno na cābhavatand yet no māna arose [in them] ca here = 'and yet,' marking the contrast; abhavat, past — 'did not come to be'तो भी मान उत्पन्न नहीं हुआ ('और' यहाँ 'फिर भी' के अर्थ में विरोध दिखाता है)
pārijātasya dāne — at the giving of the pārijāta; śrute api — even though heard of; māno na ca abhavat — and yet no māna arose.
Even when they heard the news that the pārijāta had been given [to another], no māna — no jealous indignation — stirred in them at all. That is the proof of the rule. Satyā, who held the qualities, burned over the pārijāta; the others, lacking those qualities, felt nothing on hearing the very same news. So susakhya and its fellow qualities are the true root of māna — remove them and the jealousy never even begins.
The pārijāta episode is the well-known Purāṇic scene of Kṛṣṇa bringing the celestial coral-tree flower to Dvārakā; the verse uses it only as the shared occasion that tests each queen's capacity for jealousy.
