ṣaḍ-udvegādayaḥ — the six beginning with udvega; pūrvaṁ — earlier; prauḍhe tasmin — in that full-blown [pūrva-rāga]; udāhṛtāḥ — were illustrated.
Earlier, in the full-blown grade of love-in-separation, the six states beginning with udvega (agitation) were shown as illustrations.
The six are the more intense conditions of pūrva-rāga (love before union) — udvega (agitation) and the ones after it — as distinct from the milder early conditions.

yathocitamonly as is fitting — in due, appropriate measureजैसा उचित हो [उतनी ही मात्रा में]
atra — here; kintu — but; rateḥ — of the love; sāmañjasyāt — because it is fitting; tāḥ — those six; yathocitam — as is fitting; syuḥ — would occur.
But here it is different. Because this love is a fitting, proper love, those same six states occur only as fitting — in the measure suited to it, not in the full-blown form.
The kintu turns the verse: the same six states that appeared at full intensity earlier are here scaled to what the propriety (sāmañjasya) of this love allows.

asyāḥ samañjasāyā rateḥ sāmañjasyād dhetoḥ ||
asyāḥof this genitive; picks out the rati the verse is speaking ofइस [रति] की
samañjasāyā rateḥnamely, the samañjasā love — the fitting, legitimate kind of love genitive; Jīva names which of the loves the verse meansसमंजसा रति की
sāmañjasyād dhetoḥfor the reason that it is fitting hetoḥ ("from the cause") spells out that the verse's sāmañjasyāt is an ablative of causeसामंजस्य रूप हेतु के कारण
asyāḥ samañjasāyāḥ rateḥ — of this samañjasā (fitting) love; sāmañjasyāt hetoḥ — because of its fittingness, taken as the cause.
Jīva pins down which love the verse means: this is the samañjasā rati, the fitting or legitimate love. And he reads the verse's 'sāmañjasyāt' as a cause — adding hetoḥ, 'by reason of,' so 'because it is fitting' is exactly why the six states are scaled here.
samañjasā rati is one of the recognized types of the heroine's love (the fitting/proper kind); Jīva identifies it as the referent of the verse's bare 'rateḥ'.

Jīva then adds only a number: verse 55. He points the reader back to where this samañjasā love was already established.
Why cited: A back-reference to UN 15.55, where the samañjasā rati is set out — so the reader knows which 'fitting love' the verse is invoking.
