yāvad unmada-cakora-locanā
yāvatas long as — opens an "as long as … so long …" pair, answered by tāvat in L3 correlative yāvat…tāvat spanning L1 and L3जितना / जिस मात्रा में (आगे ‘tāvat’ ‘उतना’ से जुड़ता है)
unmada-cakora-locanāshe whose eyes are like intoxicated cakora birds — eager, drinking-in eyes; the young woman is the subject bahuvrīhi, nom. fem.; the cakora is said to live on moonbeams, so her eyes drink Kṛṣṇa's story as the bird drinks moonlightजिसकी आँखें उन्मत्त चकोर पक्षी के समान हैं — वैसी (वह सखी)
yāvat — as long as; unmada-cakora-locanā — she of eyes like rapturous cakora birds
yāvat — जितना (जिस मात्रा में); unmada-cakora-locanā — जिसकी आँखें उन्मत्त चकोर पक्षी के समान हैं, वैसी वह सखी
As long as the girl — her eyes like intoxicated cakora birds that drink moonlight — kept doing what the next line says.
‘जितना’ शब्द आगे ‘उतना’ (tāvat) से जुड़कर पूरे श्लोक में फैलता है। जिसकी आँखें उन्मत्त चकोर पक्षी जैसी हैं — वैसी वह सखी। चकोर तो चन्द्रकिरणों को ही पीता है; वैसे ही उसकी आँखें आपकी कथा को पीती हैं।
An udāharaṇa of śravaṇam, "hearing about the beloved," in a girlfriend's voice (sakhī-vaktrāt) — illustrating the definition at 15.10-11: hearing may come from a bard (vandi), a messenger (dūtī), a girlfriend (sakhī), or from song and the like. Viśvanātha names the speaker as the sakhī Viśākhā, addressing Kṛṣṇa.
यह श्रवण (प्रिय के विषय में सुनना) का उदाहरण है, सखी के मुख से (सखी-वक्त्रात्)। यह 15.10-11 की परिभाषा को दिखाता है — श्रवण वन्दी (भाट), दूती, सखी अथवा गीत आदि से हो सकता है। विश्वनाथ वक्ता को सखी विशाखा बताते हैं, जो कृष्ण को सम्बोधित कर रही है।

man-mukhāt tava kathām upāśṛṇot |
man-mukhātfrom my mouth — the source she heard it from; "my" is the speaking girlfriend abl. of sourceमेरे मुख से (उद्गम की पंचमी)
tavaabout you gen. going with kathāmआपकी (‘कथा’ के साथ षष्ठी)
kathāmthe talk, the telling — what she heard acc., object of upāśṛṇotकथा को (‘upāśṛṇot’ का कर्म)
upāśṛṇotshe kept listening — heard it eagerly, over and over impf.; upa-ā-√śru, the double prefix intensifies plain "hear"(उसने) भली-भाँति, मन लगाकर सुना
man-mukhāt — from my mouth; tava — about you; kathām — the talk; upāśṛṇot — she kept eagerly hearing
man-mukhāt — मेरे मुख से; tava — आपकी; kathām — कथा को; upāśṛṇot — (उसने) भली-भाँति सुना
she kept hearing talk of you from my own mouth, again and again.
वह मेरे मुख से आपकी कथा सुनती रही। ‘upa-ā-√śru’ के दो उपसर्ग साधारण ‘सुनना’ को गहरा कर देते हैं — केवल सुनना नहीं, मन लगाकर सुनना।

tāvad añcati dinaṁ dinaṁ sakhī
tāvatjust so long — the answering half: to that very extent correlative answering yāvat in L1उतना ही (L1 के ‘yāvat’ का उत्तर)
añcatishe comes to, reaches pres. tense; Viśvanātha glosses it as prāpnoti; note the shift from past upāśṛṇot to a vivid presentप्राप्त होती है, पहुँचती है (विश्वनाथ: prāpnoti)
dinaṁ dinaṁday after day, with each passing day āmreḍita doubling = distributive "day by day"दिन-प्रतिदिन (द्विरुक्ति से ‘हर दिन’)
sakhīthe friend — this girl of mine, the subject nom.(वह) सखी
tāvat — to that same extent; dinaṁ dinaṁ — day by day; sakhī — the friend; añcati — comes to [the thinness of L4]
tāvat — उतना ही; añcati — प्राप्त होती है (विश्वनाथ: prāpnoti); dinaṁ dinaṁ — दिन-प्रतिदिन; sakhī — वह सखी
just so far — day after day the girl comes to what the last line names.
उतना ही वह सखी दिन-प्रतिदिन (कृशता को) प्राप्त होती जाती है। विश्वनाथ ‘añcati’ का अर्थ ‘prāpnoti’ (प्राप्त होना) करते हैं। भूतकाल ‘upāśṛṇot’ से अब जीवन्त वर्तमान में बदलाव आ जाता है।

kṛṣṇa śārada-nadīva tānavam ||
kṛṣṇaO Kṛṣṇa — she turns and addresses him directly voc.हे कृष्ण (सम्बोधन)
śārada-nadī ivalike an autumn river — whose stream thins day by day as the monsoon water recedes upamā; iva = "like"; śārada = of śarat, autumnशरत् ऋतु की नदी के समान (‘iva’ = जैसे)
tānavamthinness, wasting away — what she "comes to" (añcati, L3) acc.; añcati tānavam = "grows thin"कृशता को, दुबलेपन को (‘añcati tānavam’ = कृश हो जाती है)
kṛṣṇa — O Kṛṣṇa; śārada-nadī iva — like an autumn river; tānavam — thinness [she reaches]
kṛṣṇa — हे कृष्ण; śārada-nadī iva — शरत् ऋतु की नदी के समान; tānavam — कृशता को
so, O Kṛṣṇa, she grows thin — dwindling day by day like an autumn river as its waters recede. The more she heard of you, the more she wasted away with longing.
हे कृष्ण, शरत् ऋतु की नदी के समान वह कृशता को प्राप्त होती है। जैसे शरद्-ऋतु में जल घट जाने से नदी पतली हो जाती है, वैसे ही वह सखी दिन-प्रतिदिन दुबली होती जाती है।

viśākhāViśākhā, the girlfriend — the speaker of the verse nom.विशाखा (कर्ता)
śrī-kṛṣṇamto Śrī Kṛṣṇa — the one she addresses acc., object of āhaश्रीकृष्ण से (‘āha’ का कर्म)
āhasays, speaksकहती है
yāvad itiquoting the verse by its first word, "yāvat…" pratīka — the opening word standing in for the whole verse‘yāvat’ इस पद से (आरम्भ होनेवाला श्लोक — प्रतीक)
viśākhā — Viśākhā; śrī-kṛṣṇam — to Śrī Kṛṣṇa; āha — says; yāvad iti — the verse beginning "yāvat"
viśākhā — विशाखा; śrī-kṛṣṇam — श्रीकृष्ण से; āha — कहती है; yāvad iti — ‘yāvat’ इस पद से आरम्भ होनेवाला श्लोक
Viśākhā speaks this to Śrī Kṛṣṇa — the verse that opens with "yāvat." So the "my mouth" of the verse is Viśākhā's own, and the girl growing thin is her friend.
विशाखा श्रीकृष्ण से कहती है — ‘yāvat’ इत्यादि श्लोक। ‘yāvad iti’ केवल आरम्भिक पद है, जो पूरे श्लोक का प्रतिनिधि होकर खड़ा है।

prāpnotihe glosses: it means "attains, reaches"प्राप्त होती है (यही इसका अर्थ)
añcati — [the verse's] añcati; prāpnoti — means "attains, reaches"
añcati — ‘añcati’ यह शब्द; prāpnoti — अर्थात् प्राप्त होती है
The one verb he stops on: "añcati" here means "attains" — so "she reaches thinness," she comes to be wasted away.
‘añcati’ का अर्थ है ‘prāpnoti’ — प्राप्त होती है।
