etasya mohana-ākhyasya [premnaḥ] kām api gatiṁ upeyuṣaḥ...
Take this prema that bears the name mohana. When it comes to a certain state that can hardly be put into words — the line continues into what that state is.

bhramābhā kāpi vaicitrī divyonmāda itīryate |

kā api bhrama-ābhā vaicitrī divyonmādaḥ iti īryate.
A certain marvel then arises that looks just like delusion. This is what gets named divyonmāda, divine madness.
divya-unmāda: 'divine madness' — divya, 'divine, transcendent,' + unmāda, 'madness, derangement of the mind.' Here a derangement that only looks like ordinary delusion (bhrama).

Its varieties are reckoned to be many — udghūrṇā, citra-jalpa, and so on. These named sub-states are taken up in what follows.
udghūrṇā and citra-jalpa are two of the named sub-varieties of divyonmāda; the verse flags that the list runs long ('and the rest').

kām api nirvaktum aśakyāṁ gatiṁ vṛttim upeyuṣaḥ prāptasya kāpy adbhutā vaicitrī divyonmādaḥ ||
kām apithe verse's 'some [state]' means — pratīka: Viśvanātha quotes the mūla phrase to gloss it'काम् अपि' (किसी) — मूल पद को उद्धृत करके
nirvaktum aśakyāṁone that cannot be spelled out in wordsजिसका वर्णन करना असम्भव है, ऐसी
gatiṁ vṛttimthe 'gati' here means a vṛtti — a condition, a mode of functioning gloss-word: gati is unpacked as vṛttiगति अर्थात् वृत्ति (अवस्था) को
upeyuṣaḥ prāptasya'having come to it' means 'of the prema that has attained it' gloss-word: upeyuṣaḥ is unpacked as prāptasya'उपेयुषः' अर्थात् प्राप्त हुए (नायक) का
kā api adbhutā vaicitrīa certain wondrous marvelकोई अद्भुत विचित्रता
divyonmādaḥis [what is called] divyonmādaवही दिव्योन्माद है
kām api = nirvaktum aśakyāṁ gatiṁ vṛttim upeyuṣaḥ = prāptasya [premnaḥ] kā api adbhutā vaicitrī divyonmādaḥ.
Viśvanātha decodes the verse word by word. 'Some state' means one that cannot be put into words. 'Gati' here stands for a vṛtti — a condition or mode. 'Upeyuṣaḥ' means 'of the prema that has reached it.' So: of the prema that has come to this indescribable condition, a certain wondrous marvel is divyonmāda.
