rādhānurāgāmbudhiḥ kṣipan — the ocean of Rādhā's love, casting [them] down; advaitāt girijāṁ harārdha-vapuṣaṁ — Girijā, half of Hara's own body, in the very point of her oneness with him; sakhyāt priyoraḥ-sthitāṁ [lakṣmīm] — [Lakṣmī] who rests on her beloved's chest, in the very point of her companionship.
The ocean of Rādhā's love throws each rival down in her own strongest point. Girijā (Pārvatī) is one with Hara — she is literally half his body; yet in that very oneness Rādhā's love casts her down. Lakṣmī rests on her beloved's chest, closest of companions; yet in that very closeness too Rādhā's love overtops her.
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) for the lead-in premoru-sampadvatī-vṛndātiśayitvam — that Rādhā surpasses the whole host of women rich in the great wealth of prema. Each quarter of the verse pairs a rival with the one quality in which she is supreme (Pārvatī / oneness, Lakṣmī / companionship, Satyabhāmā / good fortune, Candrāvalī / sweetness), and shows Rādhā's love overtopping her precisely there.

Lakṣmī is the lotus-pond where the bee of Acyuta's (Kṛṣṇa's) mind never stops hovering. Satyā — Satyabhāmā — stands out for her good fortune. Rādhā's love overtops even these: Lakṣmī in the intimacy Kṛṣṇa's own mind gives her, Satyabhāmā in her good fortune.

And Candrāvalī — the dear friend who is the very life of Kṛṣṇa, the lord of sweetness — is supreme in sweetness itself. Rādhā's love casts her down too, in that very sweetness. So the one ocean throws down all four rivals, each defeated in the quality that was her own crown.

rādhānurāgāmbudhiḥ — the ocean of Rādhā's love; laharīṁ prasārya — spreading forth its wave; hariṁ āruddha — has hemmed Hari in; paśya — look!
Look! — the ocean of Rādhā's anurāga has spread out its wave and hemmed Hari in on every side. That same surging ocean casts down Pārvatī, Lakṣmī, Satyabhāmā, and Candrāvalī — each in her own strongest point. This is the crowning proof that Rādhā's love excels the whole host of women.
anurāga is a rung high on the ladder of ripening love (rati → prema → sneha → māna → praṇaya → rāga → anurāga), the stage in which love is ever-new at every moment. The image caps the argument: love is figured as an ocean (ambudhi) whose single spreading wave both surrounds Kṛṣṇa and sweeps the rivals aside.

Jīva sets the scene. In the Bee-song ('madhupa, kitava-bandho…') Uddhava had heard the gopīs' love-madness and was struck with wonder. In another passage ('nāyaṁ śriyo’ṅga…', 'not even Lakṣmī won this grace') he spoke of all Vraja's women together. Yet in the end the supreme glory settled on one alone — Rādhā. This present verse is where that culmination is voiced.
The two passages Jīva names are Uddhava's: the Bhramara-gīta / Bee-song (Bhāgavata 10.47.12ff, the gopīs' address to the bee) and 'nāyaṁ śriyo’ṅga u nitānta-rateḥ…' (Bhāgavata 10.47.60), where Uddhava declares the gopīs' fortune unattained even by Lakṣmī.
