citta-jatunīthe two lac-pieces that are [your] two hearts dual; śleṣa: citta 'heart' doubles as jatu 'lac'दोनों के हृदय रूपी जतु (लाख) — यहाँ श्लेष है, 'चित्त' का दूसरा अर्थ 'जतु' अर्थात् लाल लाख

vilāpyahaving melted [them]पिघलाकर, द्रवित करके
kramātlittle by littleक्रमशः, धीरे-धीरे
rādhāyāḥ bhavataḥ ca citta-jatunī — the two heart-lacs of Rādhā and you; svedaiḥ vilāpya — having melted them by the sweats; kramāt — step by step.
rādhāyāḥ — राधा के; bhavataḥ ca — और आपके; citta-jatunī — दोनों के हृदय रूपी जतु; svedaiḥ — स्वेद (या अग्नि-ताप) के द्वारा; vilāpya — पिघलाकर; kramāt — धीरे-धीरे।
The two hearts of Rādhā and you are like two pieces of red lac. Melting them, little by little, with the flowing sweats [of ecstasy] — [the sentence runs on into the next lines].
राधा और आपके — दोनों के हृदय ही मानो लाल जतु हैं। उन्हें स्वेद के द्वारा धीरे-धीरे पिघलाकर — यह प्रेम-चित्र का आरम्भ है। इसके नीचे लाख रँगने वाले शिल्पी का चित्र चलता है, जिसमें स्वेद वही आग की गर्मी है जो लाख को गलाती है।
This whole verse runs on a sustained double meaning (śleṣa): beneath the love-picture stands a lac-dyer at his craft. citta 'heart' doubles as jatu 'lac' (a red resin); sveda 'sweat' as the fire-heat that melts lac; rāga 'passion' as 'red dye'; citra 'wonder' as 'a painting'. It is an udāharaṇa of mahābhāva, the topmost abiding love — with Kṛṣṇa figured as the master craftsman of śṛṅgāra rasa; so Viśvanātha reads it below, mapping each phrase onto a stage of love.

An analogy: as in Kṛṣṇa, the original Lord, the marks of every avatāra (the puruṣa-avatāras and all the rest) are found together, so in mahābhāva the sign of every earlier love — rati, sneha, and the rest — is found together. That is what this verse quietly points to. (The analogy proves only this: mahābhāva holds within it the tokens of all the lower loves; Viśvanātha now reads each phrase for the love it marks.)
जैसे स्वयं भगवान् में पुरुष आदि समस्त अवतारों का लक्षण रहता है, वैसे ही महाभाव में रति आदि समस्त भावों का चिह्न रहता है — इसी को 'राधायाः' इत्यादि श्लोक से सूचित करते हैं।

pakṣe brahmāṇḍādiṣu yāni harmyāṇi dhanināṁ vāsāḥ tad-udare tad-varti-dhani-jana-hṛdaye — in the other reading, within the rich folk's mansions of the universe, in the hearts of those dwelling there; atiśayoktyā bhakta-jana-antaḥ-karaṇeṣu — by hyperbole, in the inner hearts of devotees; citrāya citraṁ vismayaṁ prāpayituṁ mahābhāva-kriyā-kṣobham anubhāvya — to strike wonder by making them feel the tumult of mahābhāva's workings; iti bhāvaḥ — such is the import.

In the craft reading, 'the mansions of the universe' are the dwellings of the rich, and 'within them' the hearts of the wealthy who live there. Stretched by hyperbole, it means: within the inner hearts of devotees — to strike wonder there by making them feel the very turmoil of mahābhāva at work. That is the sense.
दूसरे पक्ष में — ब्रह्माण्ड आदि में जो धनवानों के निवास रूप महल हैं, उनके भीतर अर्थात् उनमें रहने वाले धनी जनों के हृदय में — अतिशयोक्ति के द्वारा भक्त जनों के अन्तःकरण में — 'चित्राय' अर्थात् विस्मय उत्पन्न करने के लिए, महाभाव की क्रिया का क्षोभ अनुभव कराकर [रँग दिया] — यह अभिप्राय है।
atiśayokti is the poetic figure of overstatement; Viśvanātha reads 'the mansions of the universe' as overstated code for 'the hearts of all devotees everywhere.'
अतिशयोक्ति वह काव्यालंकार है जिसमें बात बढ़ा-चढ़ाकर कही जाती है; विश्वनाथ 'ब्रह्माण्ड के महलों' को बढ़ा-चढ़ाकर कहा गया संकेत मानते हैं — जिसका अर्थ है 'सर्वत्र सभी भक्तों के हृदय'।

etena yāvad-āśraya-vṛttitvam uktam — by this, [mahābhāva's] presence in as many vessels as there are is stated.
etena — इससे; yāvad-āśraya-vṛttitvam — समस्त आश्रयों में वृत्ति होना; uktam — कहा गया।
By this, one more mark of mahābhāva is declared: it lives in every vessel able to hold it — reaching into the heart of every devotee throughout the universe.
इससे यह कहा गया कि महाभाव जितने भी आश्रय हो सकते हैं उन सबमें विद्यमान रहता है।
yāvad-āśraya-vṛtti ('present in all its possible receptacles') is a defining glory of Rādhā's mahābhāva — it is not confined to one heart but pervades all who can bear it.
यावद्-आश्रय-वृत्ति ('अपने सभी सम्भव आश्रयों में उपस्थित होना') राधा के महाभाव की एक विशेष महिमा है — वह किसी एक हृदय में सीमित नहीं, बल्कि उन सबमें व्याप्त है जो उसे धारण कर सकते हैं।
