yadi te tad-vacaḥ satyaṁ satyātyarthaṁ priyeti me |
yadi te tad-vacaḥ satyaṁif that word of yours is true yadi 'if' opens the condition; te 'your' (gen.), i.e. Kṛṣṇa's; satyaṁ 'true' — and it puns on Satyā, her own name, coming nextयदि आपका वह वचन सत्य है — 'यदि' शर्त खोलता है, 'ते' अर्थात् आपका (कृष्ण का), 'सत्यम्' सत्य; और यह 'सत्यम्' आगे आने वाले सत्या नाम पर श्लेष करता है
satyātyarthaṁ priyeti me— namely, 'Satyā is exceedingly dear to me' — so ran your word sandhi: satyā atyartham priyā iti me; satyā = the name Satyā (Satyabhāmā); atyartham 'exceedingly'; iti me = the quoted content of Kṛṣṇa's saying ('dear to me')कि सत्या मुझे अत्यन्त प्रिय है — ऐसा (सन्धि-विच्छेद: सत्या अत्यर्थम् प्रिया इति मे); 'सत्या' अर्थात् सत्या (सत्यभामा) नाम, 'अत्यर्थम्' अत्यन्त, 'इति मे' आपके इस कहे हुए वचन का विषय
yadi — if; te tad-vacaḥ — that word of yours; satyaṁ — [is] true; [that word being] satyā atyartham priyā iti — 'Satyā is exceedingly dear'; me — to me [Kṛṣṇa].
Satyabhāmā throws Kṛṣṇa's own words back at him: 'If what you said is true — that Satyā is exceedingly dear to you —.' The pun is built in: satyaṁ means 'true,' and Satyā is her own name. So 'if your word is true' also rings as 'if your Satyā really is your dearest.'
An udāharaṇa of sakhya (friendship-love), a variety of praṇaya, quoted from the Viṣṇu Purāṇa (5.30.34); per Viśvanātha it illustrates sakhya in its stage after māna (mānottara-bhūmikā), balancing an earlier example of the stage before māna.

mad-geha-niṣkuṭārthāya tadāyaṁ nīyatāṁ taruḥ ||
mad-geha-niṣkuṭārthāyafor the sake of the pleasure-garden of my house dative of purpose (-arthāya) → 'for'; niṣkuṭa = the garden / pleasure-grove attached to the houseमेरे घर के उपवन के लिए — 'मद्-गेह' मेरे घर का, 'निष्कुट' घर से लगा हुआ उपवन (वाटिका), '-अर्थाय' के लिए
tadāyaṁ nīyatāṁ taruḥthen let this tree be brought tadā 'then' answers the 'if'; nīyatām, passive imperative, 'let it be brought'तो यह वृक्ष (यहाँ) ले आया जाए — 'तदा' तो/तब ('यदि' का उत्तर), 'अयम्' यह, 'नीयताम्' कर्मवाच्य आज्ञा में 'ले आया जाए', 'तरुः' वृक्ष
tadā — then; ayaṁ taruḥ — this tree; mad-geha-niṣkuṭa-arthāya — for my house's pleasure-garden; nīyatāṁ — let it be brought.
'...then let this tree be brought for the garden of my house.' She names her price: prove the word true by fetching the pārijāta — and for her own garden, not the palace at large.

taruḥ — the tree; pārijāta-ākhyaḥ — is the one called pārijāta.
Jīva pins down the referent: the 'tree' is the pārijāta, the celestial coral tree of Indra's heaven.

Viśvanātha sets up the frame. Sakhya (friendship-love) is one variety of praṇaya, and it runs through two stages: before māna (the lover's proud sulk) and after it. The previous example showed the before-māna stage; now, to show the after-māna stage, Rūpa reaches for a second verse: 'yathā vā —.'
māna: in Gauḍīya rasa-śāstra, the beloved's jealous, wounded pride that withholds favor from the lover; the love has one flavor while it builds toward māna and another once māna has passed.

Viśvanātha unpacks the unspoken sense behind her demand: 'Only if you fetch the tree am I pleased — not otherwise.' The gift is the test; her favor is what hangs on it.

atraiva tādṛśo nideśa eva sakhyaṁ vyañjayati ||
atraivaright here [in this very utterance] atra + eva, narrowing to the wording itselfयहीं (इसी कथन में ही) — 'अत्र' + 'एव', शब्द-रचना पर ही ध्यान समेटते हुए
tādṛśo nideśa evajust such a command, by its very issuing eva stresses that it is the commanding, not any statement, that does the work; nideśa = a directive / orderवैसा आदेश ही — 'तादृशः' वैसा (वृक्ष ले आने का), 'निदेश' आदेश/निर्देश, 'एव' ही; यह 'एव' दर्शाता है कि आदेश देना ही काम करता है, कोई साधारण कथन नहीं
sakhyaṁ vyañjayatisuggests sakhya (friendship-love) vyañjayati 'reveals by suggestion' — the technical dhvani verb, not open assertionसख्य को व्यंजित करता है — 'सख्यम्' सख्य को, 'व्यञ्जयति' व्यंजना (ध्वनि) से प्रकट करता है, न कि खुले कथन से
atra eva — right here; tādṛśaḥ nideśaḥ eva — just such a directive itself; sakhyaṁ — the friendship-mood; vyañjayati — suggests.
And here is the payoff. That she issues a command at all — 'let the tree be brought' — is itself what betrays sakhya. A wife in awe would plead; a friend-lover gives orders. The imperative tone, not anything she states outright, is what quietly reveals the friendship-love.
