sravad-asra-bhare kṛte dṛśau me
sravad-asra-bhareinto a load of streaming tears loc., the state the eyes were put into; the agent that put them there comes in L2बहते हुए आँसुओं से भरी हुई (अवस्था में) — जिस दशा में आँखें डाल दी गयीं
kṛte dṛśau mewhen my two eyes had been made [to brim] nom. dual, kṛte = 'made'; this is her reproach, spoken to Kṛṣṇaमेरी दोनों आँखें (ऐसी) कर दी गयीं (यह उसका उलाहना है, कृष्ण से कहा गया)
dṛśau me — my two eyes; sravad-asra-bhare kṛte — having been made [to swim] in a flood of streaming tears.
Rādhā speaks, weeping: 'My two eyes have been made to brim with a whole load of streaming tears—' (and by what, comes next).
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse), spoken in Rādhā's voice, for ghṛta-sneha ('ghee-like love') breaking out as the māna called udātta ('lofty') — the grave love that hides its own melting under a show of blame. Jīva defines the type in the prose just below, and Viśvanātha narrates the scene it depicts.

tava go-dhūlibhir eva gopa-vīra |
tava go-dhūlibhiḥ evaby the dust of your cows alone instr. of agent for L1's 'made'; eva = the dust and nothing else — she pins the blame thereतुम्हारी गौओं की धूल के द्वारा ही (और किसी से नहीं — वह दोष वहीं मढ़ती है; L1 के 'कर दी गयीं' का कर्ता-कारण)
gopa-vīraO hero of the cowherds voc.
tava go-dhūlibhiḥ eva — by the dust of your cows alone; gopa-vīra — O hero of the cowherds.
'—by the dust of your cows alone, O hero of the cowherds!' The 'alone' does the work: she fastens the whole cause on the dust, hiding that the real cause is her own melting love.

kimwhat is the use? [none] kim = rhetorical, dismissiveक्या (लाभ)?
adhunā — now; ebhiḥ vadana-anilaiḥ — with these breezes from your mouth; kim — what use?
'So now what use are these breaths from your mouth?' He is puffing on her eyes to cool them; she waves it off — the damage, she says, is already done.

'Stop!' — and the fair-browed one drew her brows into a frown. Catch the turn of phrase: the subhrū, the 'lovely-browed' girl, now bends those very brows into a bhrū-kuṭi, a scowl of feigned anger — that scowl is the māna itself.

Jīva names the type. Even a lover who has dākṣiṇya — that pleasing, obliging courtesy — will, out of gāmbhīrya (gravity of nature), hide the feeling sitting in the heart. That concealment runs a deep, hard-to-read course, and it is what is called adākṣiṇya, 'un-graciousness.'

And carrying a faint scent of vāmya (contrariness), and here and there even a small outward flash of anger — this is the ghṛta-sneha, the 'ghee-like' love, and the sulk it produces is the māna called udātta, 'lofty.' So the verse fits it exactly: love melting inside, blame shown outside.
ghṛta-sneha, 'ghee-like affection' — love whose sweetness stays covered under gravity and reverence and melts only slowly, as ghee needs heat; paired in UN with madhu-sneha, 'honey-like affection', which is openly sweet and self-showing. The udātta māna is the sulk this grave love yields: the real melting hidden beneath a show of blame.

So situated, she names the dust of the cows as the cause — and points out that the cows graze far off — and, speaking this way out of avahitthā (concealment), she reproaches Kṛṣṇa. That is the verse 'sravad-asra.' The 'far off' is the tell: dust from distant cows could scarcely reach her eyes — so the stated cause is a pretext, and the true feeling stays hidden.
avahitthā — the deliberate hiding of one's real feeling, counted among the fleeting emotions (vyabhicāri-bhāvas); here it is the very device by which the grave ghṛta-sneha shows as māna.
