Ah! That Rādhā was moulded out of the very essence of sweetness. And that sweetness is itself made of sneha — tender, melting love.
An udāharaṇa (lead-in yathā—) in prakaraṇa 14, on sthāyi-bhāva, the abiding love that is the ground of rasa. Viśvanātha frames the verse as Śrī Kṛṣṇa's own words to his cowherd friend Subala, illustrating Rādhā's sthāyi-bhāva (madhura-rati) at its melting peak.

uruḥ = 'many'; guṇaiḥ = lalitatvādi-hetubhiḥ bahubhiḥ utkarṣaiḥ — by the many excellences, causes of love like her charm; ghanā api — though solid; bhāvena = priya-guṇa-bhāvanayā — by bhāva, i.e. dwelling on the beloved's qualities; yaḥ ūṣmā = tad-ānukūlya-utkaṇṭhā santāpaḥ — the heat that is the fever of longing for union in his favour; tena vidrutā = sadā eva dravatayā sthitā — melted by that, she stays forever molten.
Jīva unpacks the line. 'uru' means 'many', so 'uru-guṇaiḥ' is 'by her many qualities' — the many excellences, like her charm, that kindle love. Solid though she is, she melts by bhāva. And what is that bhāva? Her dwelling on her beloved's qualities, and the heat it raises — a burning longing to be joined to him in his favour, a very fever. Melted by that heat, she stays forever molten.

In 'forgetting the world', Jīva says, 'the world' just means everything other than that — every other thing besides.

One may object: what is the proof that solid Rādhā really melts? Kṛṣṇa answers: the proof is simply my own experience. And he gives it by the kaimutika-nyāya, the 'how much more' argument: if even her name does this to me, how much more must her own bhāva do to her. So he speaks the line 'yan-nāmani.'
kaimutika-nyāya (from kim uta, 'how much more'): an a-fortiori argument — if a small cause has a great effect, a greater cause must have a still greater one. Here: if merely hearing Rādhā's name overwhelms Kṛṣṇa with world-forgetting bliss, how much more must the full heat of bhāva overwhelm Rādhā herself.
