abhyutthāya vidūrato madhubhidā yāśliṣyate sādaraṁ
abhyutthāyarising up to receive her — [Kṛṣṇa] getting to his feet to greet her absolutive; the one who rises is Kṛṣṇa, the agent madhubhidāउठ खड़े होकर (कृष्ण उठकर, यह क्रिया करके)
vidūrataḥfrom far off — while she is still at a distance ablative, 'from a long way off'बहुत दूर से ही
madhubhidāby Madhubhid, the slayer of the demon Madhu — that is, by Kṛṣṇa instrumental of the agent with the passive āśliṣyate: 'by Kṛṣṇa'मधु के संहारक कृष्ण के द्वारा (जिससे यह आलिंगन होता है)
yāshe who — [the friend Padmā is praising, picked up by sā candrāvalī in L4] relative pronoun, subject of the passiveजो (सखी)
āśliṣyateis embraced passive; Kṛṣṇa is the one doing the embracingगले लगाई जाती है
yā — she who; vidūrataḥ — from far off; madhubhidā — by Kṛṣṇa; abhyutthāya — rising up to greet; sādaram — reverently; āśliṣyate — is embraced.
She whom Kṛṣṇa, catching sight of her while she is still far off, rises to his feet to greet, and embraces with reverence —
An udāharaṇa of ghṛta-sneha ('ghee-affection'), a division of sneha — the deepened, abiding love (a stage of the sthāyi-bhāva rati) that runs cool, pure, and reverent; it is set against madhu-sneha ('honey-affection'), which is sweet but carries the heat of mada (intoxication). The verse is spoken by Padmā (so Viśvanātha names her) in praise of her friend Candrāvalī, with a rivalrous side-glance at Rādhā's camp. That even Kṛṣṇa greets her with reverence (sādaram) is the awe-tinged mark of ghṛta-sneha.

Ah — with what other woman could she so much as be compared? — that Candrāvalī, my friend! The unspoken answer: with no one at all.
A rhetorical question (kayā ... api): the form asks 'with whom is she comparable?' and means 'with no one' — the peak of Padmā's boast for her friend's ghṛta-sneha.

pāvitrya-pūrṇena'full of purity' [the verse's word, now taken up] pratīka from L2‘पवित्रता से पूर्ण’ (L2 का यह पद)
madoṣmatā-ādi-doṣa-rahitenameans free of faults like the heat of intoxication — love with none of the fever that mada brings glosses pāvitrya; madoṣmatā = mada 'intoxication' + ūṣmatā 'heat'मद की ऊष्मा आदि दोषों से रहित होने के कारण
iti— that is [closing the gloss]इस प्रकार (यह अर्थ है)
tat-sakhyāspoken by her friend — by Candrāvalī's companion instrumental of the agentउस (चन्द्रावली की) सखी के द्वारा
madhu-snehaṁ pratiaimed at madhu-sneha, honey-love — against the rival honey-type affection prati = 'directed toward, against'मधु-स्नेह के प्रति, उसके विरुद्ध
asūyā-uktiḥis a speech of jealousy — a rivalrous jabअसूया (ईर्ष्या) से भरा वचन है
pāvitrya-pūrṇena — 'full of purity'; madoṣmatā-ādi-doṣa-rahitena iti — means free of faults like intoxication's heat; tat-sakhyā — by her friend; madhu-snehaṁ prati — against honey-love; asūyā-uktiḥ — a jealous jab.
Jīva: 'full of purity' means free of faults like the heat of intoxication (mada). So this is a jealous dig by Candrāvalī's friend against madhu-sneha, the honey-type of love — she is saying ghṛta-sneha is pure where honey-love runs hot.
madhu-sneha vs ghṛta-sneha: honey (madhu) is sweet but 'hot' — it ferments and intoxicates, carrying mada; ghee (ghṛta) is cool and clean. By choosing the word pāvitrya ('purity'), Padmā presses exactly that contrast to run down the rival's honey-love.

asmābhiḥ garhita-mānatayāby the pride we deplore — stiffened by a māna that we, her friends, blame instrumental of cause; garhita = censured, asmābhiḥ = 'by us'हमारे द्वारा दिखाई गई निन्दनीय मान (रूठने) के कारण
kaṭhinīkṛtā apithough hardened — even though set hard, like candy api concessive: 'hardened, yet it melts'कठोर कर दी जाने पर भी (‘भी’ से रियायत — फिर भी पिघल जाती है)
iti arthaḥ— that is the senseऐसा अर्थ है
sitopalā iti — 'like sugar-candy'; asmābhiḥ garhita-mānatayā — by the māna we deplore; kaṭhinīkṛtā api — though hardened; iti arthaḥ — is the sense.
Jīva: the sugar-candy image means this — her love had been hardened by māna (jealous pride), the very pride we her friends deplore; yet, hard as candy, it still melts in a moment under Kṛṣṇa's play. So the 'candy' is love stiffened by pride but quick to dissolve.

sitopalā — sitopalā; matsyaṇḍī — is matsyaṇḍī (crystallized sugar).
Jīva pins down the word: sitopalā is matsyaṇḍī — a lump of crystallized raw sugar.

And that matsyaṇḍī is a sugar-product shaped like a white lump of rock-salt. So Jīva fixes exactly the candy the verse means — a hard, whitish sugar-lump that nonetheless melts fast.

Viśvanātha sets the scene: in the assemblies of the young gopīs, when the talk turns to whose love Kṛṣṇa favors most, Padmā — throwing jealous side-glances at Lalitā and the other sakhīs of Rādhā's camp — speaks this verse, 'abhyutthāya.'
This fixes what the verse leaves implicit: the speaker is Padmā, and her target is Rādhā's party (Lalitā and the rest) — matching Jīva's plainer 'tat-sakhī,' her friend.

Viśvanātha: 'guruṇā' (heavy) points to the sheer abundance of her love; 'pāvitrya-pūrṇena' (full of purity) points to its quality — by its very nature it carries none of the heat that mada brings, and that absence is all 'purity' means here. By saying this, Padmā suggests — without stating it outright — a jealousy aimed at madhu-sneha, the honey-type of love.
The jealousy is vyañjanā (suggestion): Padmā never names madhu-sneha, but the loaded word pāvitrya makes the listener supply the contrast. Viśvanātha, like Jīva, reads guruṇā as the love's quantity and pāvitrya as its quality — both a jab at honey-love.

Viśvanātha: sitopalā is the candy people call 'olā.' 'Goes to vilaya' means it goes to a melted, liquid state. And this melting is said on purpose — to convey that her heart (citta) and her body (tanu) fuse into one, both dissolving together in love.
The two ācāryas read the melting differently and are not to be forced together: Jīva takes it as love hardened by censured māna that still dissolves fast; Viśvanātha takes it as the heart and body fusing into a single melted whole. They even name the candy differently — matsyaṇḍī (Jīva) vs olā (Viśvanātha).
