sambhāvana-mayīm kakṣām — the precinct made of the supposition 'he exists (asti iti) somewhere in the three worlds (trilokyām)'; kṣaṇam api na — [which he] does not, even for a moment, [enter].
trilokyām — तीनों लोकों में; asti iti — 'ऐसा कोई है' यह; kṣaṇam api na — क्षण भर भी नहीं; sambhāvana-mayīm — संभावना से भरी हुई (उस कक्षा को)
There is a certain person of whom you cannot suppose, even for a single moment, that he exists anywhere in the three worlds. He never even enters the enclosure of that thought.
'तीनों लोकों में ऐसा कोई है' — इस संभावना से भरी हुई कक्षा तक (मेरा मन) क्षण भर के लिए भी नहीं पहुँचता।
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) in the voice of a far-off cowherd-girl — or, as Viśvanātha allows, Rādhā herself — for the sthāyi-bhāva of prakaraṇa 14: love (rati) that awakens on its own, before Kṛṣṇa has ever been seen or heard. The finite verb (jihīte, 'enters') and the noun it governs (kakṣām, 'precinct') stand in the lead-in line; L1 supplies what fills that precinct.

anvayaḥis what the sentence construes with(यहाँ) अन्वित होती है
jihīte iti — with the word jihīte; anvayaḥ — [runs] the construction.
jihīte iti — 'जिहीते' यह क्रिया; anvayaḥ — (इस पद के साथ) अन्वय है
The word to hang the sentence on is jihīte ('enters'). Jīva flags it because that finite verb sits back in the lead-in line, away from what it governs.
(पंक्ति में) 'जिहीते' क्रिया का अन्वय (जोड़ लगाकर पढ़ना) समझना चाहिए।
jihīte is the ātmanepada present of √hā, 'to go, move'; Jīva reads it as prāpnoti, 'reaches' (see next segment).
'जिहीते' गति-अर्थक 'हा' धातु का आत्मनेपद वर्तमान रूप है; जीव इसे 'प्राप्नोति' (पहुँचता है) के अर्थ में लेते हैं (अगला अंश देखें)।

iti arthaḥthat is the meaningऐसा अर्थ है
sambhāvana-mayīṁ kakṣāṁ na prāpnoti — he does not reach the precinct made of the supposition; iti arthaḥ — that is the sense.
sambhāvana-mayīṁ kakṣāṁ — संभावना से भरी कक्षा को; na prāpnoti — नहीं पाता; iti arthaḥ — यही अर्थ है
The meaning: he does not reach the precinct of that supposition — you cannot even lodge him inside the thought 'he exists somewhere in the three worlds.'
'संभावना से भरी कक्षा को नहीं पाता' — यही (जिहीते का) अर्थ है।
Jīva glosses the verse's jihīte (with na from L1) as na prāpnoti, 'does not reach.'
जीव 'जिहीते' को (पहली पंक्ति के 'न' के साथ) 'न प्राप्नोति' — नहीं पहुँचता — के रूप में समझाते हैं।

sambhāvanāspadatām[and here it stands for] being a ground on which he could be supposed to exist acc., object of the implied 'does not reach'; sambhāvanā-āspada-tā = 'the status of being a locus of supposition'(यहाँ) संभावना का आश्रय होने की स्थिति को
kakṣā — the word kakṣā; prakoṣṭhaḥ — [means] a walled precinct; [and here it denotes] sambhāvanā-āspada-tām — the standing of being a ground for supposing him.
kakṣā — 'कक्षा' का अर्थ; prakoṣṭhaḥ — प्रकोष्ठ (कोठरी); sambhāvanāspadatām — संभावना का आश्रय होने की स्थिति को
The word kakṣā literally means an enclosed courtyard or precinct. Here it stands for the very scope of supposition — the walled ground of the thought 'he might exist,' which this person never even reaches.
'कक्षा' का अर्थ है प्रकोष्ठ; (यहाँ इससे) संभावना का आश्रय होने की स्थिति (अभिप्रेत है, जहाँ तक मन नहीं पहुँचता)।

उसी व्यक्ति की कल्पना करता हुआ, उसे अपना रमण (प्रियतम) बनाकर वरण करने की इच्छा करता हुआ मेरा मन व्यर्थ ही फटा जा रहा है — ऐसा (कहा गया)।
Viśvanātha spells out what saṅkalpayat ('imagining') aims at: varītum, 'to choose,' as a girl chooses a bridegroom — she wants him as her own lover.
विश्वनाथ स्पष्ट करते हैं कि 'सङ्कल्पयत्' (कल्पना करना) किस ओर लक्षित है — 'वरीतुम्', अर्थात् जैसे कन्या वर को वरण करती है वैसे ही वह उसे अपना प्रियतम बना लेना चाहती है।
