kṛtākṛṣṭi-krīḍaṁ kim api tava rūpaṁ mama sakhī
kṛtākṛṣṭi-krīḍaṁwhose very play is to draw everyone in bahuvrīhi describing rūpaṁ: kṛtā-ākṛṣṭi 'made-attraction' + krīḍa 'play'जिसका खेल ही (देखनेवाले को) खींच लेना है
kim apisome indescribable — kim + api = 'something beyond words,' here 'indefinable'कोई अनिर्वचनीय, वाणी से परे

An udāharaṇa: the verse is quoted under 'rūpāt' — love (rati) awakened by Kṛṣṇa's beauty — as Haṁsadūta 77 (Rūpa Gosvāmī). In the poem Lalitā, using a swan as messenger, reports Rādhā's state of separation to Kṛṣṇa, now gone to Mathurā.

Jīva first fixes the construal. 'Whose play draws all in' means: the form is the very bliss of prema. Having seen that form, she enters (the fire). That is how the sentence hangs together.

'Again and again' (muhuḥ): Jīva reads it of the moth pulling back, over and over, from the fire's snaring reach — and each time coming again. That repeated retreat-and-return is what 'muhuḥ' captures.

Now map it onto Rādhā. Back when you were still in Vraja, during her spells of māna (proud, jealous sulking), she resolved again and again to be done with love — and every time went straight back into it. The moth is Rādhā; the flame is prema; the darting out and back is her resolving to quit love and returning to it. That is the meaning.
The simile runs on two sides (pakṣa): moth = Rādhā, the flame = prema, the moth's out-and-back = her repeated māna-resolves to abandon love and her returning to it each time. māna is the jealous, proud sulking mood, a technical rasa term of Ujjvala-nīlamaṇi.
