cirābhīṣṭe prekṣe danuja-damane vindati dṛśoḥ
cirābhīṣṭe prekṣein [Kṛṣṇa] whose sight she has long yearned for locative bahuvrīhi split across two words (cira-abhīṣṭa-prekṣa): cirāt = 'for a long time', abhīṣṭa = desired, prekṣā = the seeing — 'in him whose being-seen was long-desired'जिसका दर्शन चिरकाल से अभीष्ट था, ऐसे (उस) में
danuja-damanein the subduer of demons — Kṛṣṇa locative, the anchor of the locative-absolute; danuja = demon, damana = tamerदानवों का दमन करनेवाले (कृष्ण) में
vindatiwhen [he] comes into / obtains locative absolute (vindati [sati]); its object padaṁ arrives at the head of L2(राधा के) पा लेने पर — जब वे दृष्टि में आ जाते हैं, तब
dṛśoḥof her two eyes genitive dual with padaṁ (L2) — 'the range of the eyes'दोनों नेत्रों का (— आगे L2 के 'पद' के साथ)
cirābhīṣṭe prekṣe danuja-damane — in the demon-subduer Kṛṣṇa, whose sight she has long longed for; dṛśoḥ padaṁ (L2) vindati [sati] — when he comes into the range of her two eyes.
Kṛṣṇa, the subduer of demons, whose sight she has yearned for so long, at last comes into the range of her eyes —
An udāharaṇa (illustration) of sandhi — the 'junction' or union (yuti) of two vyabhicāri-bhāvas (transient emotions), whether of like outward form (sarūpa) or unlike (bhinna), per the lakṣaṇa Viśvanātha quotes just below ('sarūpayor bhinnayor vā sandhiḥ syād bhāvayor yutiḥ'). The lead-in ('tatra sarūpayoḥ') fixes this verse as the like-form kind: Rādhā's joy at seeing the long-longed-for Kṛṣṇa and her alarm at seeing her angry husband strike at the very same instant, and both freeze her into one and the same stupor (jāḍya). sandhi is one of the modes in which the transient emotions combine, treated toward the close of this Vyabhicāri-bhāva chapter. The verse is spoken by Vṛndā to Paurṇamāsī (so Viśvanātha).

and the lotus-faced one became like a statue of gold.
avaṣṭambha is here taken as a synonym for gold (both commentators gloss avaṣṭambha-pratikṛti = svarṇa-pratimā). The word ordinarily means 'stiff support, rigidity' — a sense that resonates with her frozen, stock-still pose, so the golden statue is both her colour and her stillness.
