puraḥ panthānaṁ me tyaja yad amunā yāmi yamunām
puraḥahead, right out in front adverb — the space directly before herसामने से

yamunāmto the Yamunā accusative of destinationयमुना की ओर
puraḥ me panthānaṁ tyaja — get out of my path there in front; yad — for; amunā — by this way; yamunām yāmi — I am going to the Yamunā.
puraḥ — सामने से; me panthānaṁ — मेरा मार्ग; tyaja — छोड़ दे; yad — क्योंकि; amunā — इसी (मार्ग) से; yāmi — मैं जा रही हूँ; yamunām — यमुना की ओर।
'Get out of my way there in front — I'm going to the Yamunā by this path.' These are words Rādhā speaks while fast asleep.
मेरे सामने से हट जा, मेरा मार्ग छोड़ दे — क्योंकि मैं तो इसी मार्ग से यमुना की ओर जा रही हूँ।
The whole four-line verse is an udāharaṇa — an illustrative verse — of supti, 'sleep / dreaming,' the transient emotion (vyabhicāri-bhāva) just taken up by the lead-in atha suptir, yathā—. What makes this supti and not mere sleep is the dream-speech itself: she is talking in her sleep, dreaming she is on her way to meet Kṛṣṇa at the Yamunā.

iti vyākṣāṇā — speaking thus [in sleep]; cucuka-vicarat-kaustubha-ruciḥ — she on whose breast-tip the luster of the roving Kaustubha plays.
iti — इस प्रकार; vyākṣāṇā — यों बोलती हुई; cucuka-vicarat-kaustubha-ruciḥ — जिसके स्तन के अग्रभाग पर सरकते हुए कौस्तुभ की कान्ति पड़ रही है।
So she murmurs in her sleep. On her breast-tip glimmers the light of the Kaustubha — Kṛṣṇa's own jewel — that keeps shifting there, because she is lying right against him.
'ऐसा बोलती हुई' वह — जिसके स्तन के अग्रभाग पर हरि का कौस्तुभमणि सरकता हुआ अपनी कान्ति फैला रहा है। इसी से जान पड़ता है कि वह हरि के कितने निकट सटी हुई पड़ी है।
vyākṣāṇā ('speaking') is a feminine participle. Read on its own it is Rādhā, murmuring in her dream. Viśvanātha instead takes the speaking as Rūpa-mañjarī's act of narrating — see his gloss on svapnāyitaṁ vyācakṣāṇā below; the decode leaves both readings standing.
'व्याक्षाणा' (बोलती हुई) स्त्रीलिंग कृदन्त है। अपने-आप में यह राधा ही है, जो स्वप्न में बुदबुदा रही है। विश्वनाथ इस 'बोलने' को रूप-मञ्जरी का कथन मानते हैं — नीचे उनकी 'स्वप्नायितं व्याचक्षाणा' वाली व्याख्या देखें; डिकोड दोनों पाठ यथावत् रहने देता है।

suptiḥ svapnaḥ ||
suptiḥ'supti,' the word being explained pratīka — the lemma lifted from the lead-in'सुप्ति' (यह पद)
svapnaḥmeans a dreamस्वप्न (है)
suptiḥ — supti; svapnaḥ — means dream.
suptiḥ — 'सुप्ति'; svapnaḥ — स्वप्न।
Jīva pins down the key word: supti here means svapna, a dream. So the emotion on show is not plain sleep but dreaming — which is exactly why she speaks.
'सुप्ति' अर्थात् स्वप्न।

'सुप्ति' अर्थात् स्वप्न।

pura iti[the verse] beginning 'puraḥ...' names the mūla by its opening word'पुरः' इति (यह मूल श्लोक)
rūpa-mañjarī — Rūpa-mañjarī; puṣpam avacitya āyātāṁ rati-mañjarīṁ prati — to Rati-mañjarī who had come after gathering a flower; āha — says; pura iti — the verse 'puraḥ...'.
rūpa-mañjarī — रूप-मञ्जरी; puṣpam avacitya — फूल चुनकर; āyātāṁ rati-mañjarīṁ prati — आई हुई रति-मञ्जरी के प्रति; āha — कहती है; pura iti — 'पुरः' इत्यादि श्लोक।
Viśvanātha sets the scene. Rati-mañjarī has just come back from gathering a flower. Rūpa-mañjarī, turning to her, speaks this verse. So the whole verse is Rūpa-mañjarī pointing out the sleeping Rādhā to her friend.
फूल चुनकर आई हुई रति-मञ्जरी से रूप-मञ्जरी 'पुरः' इत्यादि (यह श्लोक) कहती है।

śrī-rādhāyāḥ svapnāyitaṁ vyācakṣāṇā kathayantī |
śrī-rādhāyāḥ svapnāyitaṁŚrī Rādhā's sleep-talking, her acting-out of a dream genitive rādhāyāḥ 'whose'; svapnāyita is a denominative — 'behaving as in a dream'श्रीराधा के स्वप्न-व्यवहार को
vyācakṣāṇā[Rūpa-mañjarī] explaining it picks up the mūla's vyākṣāṇā and pins it to the narratorव्याख्या करती हुई (कहती हुई)
kathayantīthat is, telling it, narrating itबतलाती हुई
śrī-rādhāyāḥ svapnāyitaṁ vyācakṣāṇā — explaining Śrī Rādhā's dream-talk; kathayantī — i.e., narrating it.
śrī-rādhāyāḥ svapnāyitaṁ — श्रीराधा के स्वप्न-व्यवहार को; vyācakṣāṇā — कहती हुई; kathayantī — बतलाती हुई।
Here Viśvanātha reads the verse's participle vyācakṣāṇā ('explaining') as Rūpa-mañjarī's, not Rādhā's: Rūpa-mañjarī is narrating Rādhā's sleep-talk to Rati-mañjarī. He swaps in the plainer word kathayantī, 'telling,' to fix the sense.
(रूप-मञ्जरी) श्रीराधा के स्वप्न-व्यवहार का वर्णन करती हुई, बतलाती हुई (यह श्लोक कहती है)। इस प्रकार मूल का 'व्याक्षाणा' नायिका राधा का नहीं, अपितु वर्णन करने वाली रूप-मञ्जरी का 'कहना' बना दिया गया है।
svapnāyita is a denominative formation — literally 'made to be like a dream,' i.e., dream-behavior or sleep-talking. It is the content Rūpa-mañjarī reports.
'स्वप्नायित' नामधातु से बना रूप है — शब्दशः 'जो स्वप्न-जैसा कर दिया गया हो', अर्थात् स्वप्न-व्यवहार या नींद में बोलना। यही वह विषय है जिसे रूप-मञ्जरी कह सुनाती है।

cūcukaṁ tu kucāgraṁ syāt iti atra — in the dictum 'cūcuka = breast-tip'; cūcuka-śabdo hrasvādir api — the word cūcuka, even with a short initial vowel; ṭīkā-kṛdbhir vyākhyātaḥ — has been explained by the commentators.
cūcukaṁ tu kucāgraṁ syāt — 'चूचुक स्तन का अग्रभाग होता है'; iti atra — इस (कोश-वचन) में; cūcuka-śabdo — 'चूचुक' शब्द; hrasvādir api — आदि में ह्रस्व वाला भी; ṭīkā-kṛdbhir — टीकाकारों के द्वारा; vyākhyātaḥ — व्याख्यात है।
A spelling note. The dictionaries carry cūcuka (long ū), but the verse writes cucuka (short u). Viśvanātha points out that the earlier commentators have accepted and explained the short-vowel form as well. So the verse's reading cucuka is sound, not a mistake.
'चूचुकं तु कुचाग्रं स्यात्' — इस कोश-वचन में जो 'चूचुक' शब्द है, उसे टीकाकारों ने आदि में ह्रस्व (उकार) वाले रूप ('चुचुक') में भी व्याख्यात किया है।
hrasvādi = 'short at the beginning,' i.e. the initial u is short (cucuka) rather than long (cūcuka). The word is attested in both shapes.
'ह्रस्वादि' अर्थात् आदि में ह्रस्व — पहला उकार दीर्घ (चूचुक) के स्थान पर ह्रस्व (चुचुक) होना। यह शब्द दोनों रूपों में मिलता है।
