phullāsu gokula-taḍāga-bhavāsu keliṁ
phullāsuamong the ones in full bloom (going with vara-padminīṣu in L2) loc. pl. fem., agreeing with padminīṣu belowजो खिली हुई हैं (उन कमलिनियों में)
gokula-taḍāga-bhavāsuthat grow in the pond of Gokula; on the second reading, born in Gokula loc. pl., describing the padminīsजो गोकुल के तालाब में उत्पन्न हुई हैं
keliṁyour play, your sport acc., object of ācara in L2क्रीड़ा को (आगे 'आचर' का कर्म)
keliṁ — your play; gokula-taḍāga-bhavāsu phullāsu (vara-padminīṣu) — among the blossoming lotus-clusters that grow in Gokula's pond…
Among the lotuses in full bloom that grow in Gokula's pond — your sport… (the sentence runs on into the next line).
An udāharaṇa of cāpalya (citta-lāghava, 'lightness / restlessness of mind'), the vyabhicāri-bhāva of this section, here arising from rāga (love) — see the lead-in 'atha cāpalyam | tad rāgeṇa, yathā.' The whole verse is one sustained śleṣa: on the surface Lalitā warns a bull-elephant off a tender lotus; underneath she is telling Kṛṣṇa not to lay a hand on Rādhā.

vara-padminīṣuamong the finest lotus-clusters (padminī); on the Rādhā reading, among the choicest padminī-type women loc. pl.
vara-padminīṣu — among the finest padminīs; niḥśaṅkam ciraṁ — fearlessly and long; keliṁ ācara — carry on your play.
Carry on your play among the finest lotus-clusters, fearlessly and as long as you please.
padminī is both a lotus-plant and, in erotic classification, the highest of the four types of women — so 'the choicest padminīs' already carries the second layer.

But this one — this soft lotus that has not yet put out a flower — you… (runs on into the last line).
'alabdha-kusumā' is the hinge of the śleṣa: a flowerless lotus, and a girl 'without her flower'. The commentators divide over what that second sense is (see Jīva and Viśvanātha below).

Now the second layer, of Rādhā. Here the word 'flower' (kusuma), by way of hyperbole, hints at her plainly ripened youth. This is where Viśvanātha turns the verse from the lotus to the girl.
The pivot of the śleṣa: 'flower' no longer means a lotus-bloom but Rādhā's ripe youth. Note that Viśvanātha's second sense (spaṣṭa-yauvana) is not the coarse one he will go on to block in s8.

Rādhā's youth is obvious, and yet she is spoken of as if unripe. Viśvanātha reads this as simply women's nature — shot through with avahitthā, the instinct to hide what is plainly there.
avahitthā ('dissimulation, concealing one's real feelings') is itself one of the vyabhicāri-bhāvas; Viśvanātha slips it in as the reason the ripe girl is spoken of as unripe.

The blocked pun: kusuma / puṣpa also means strī-puṣpa, menstruation (rajas, 'strī-dharma'); bībhatsa is the 'disgust' rasa. Viśvanātha rules the reading out on the ground that the vraja-gopīs, by Yogamāyā's arrangement, never menstruate at all.

prakṛte arthe ca — and on that coarse reading; rajasvalā kiṁ punaḥ sambhogānukūlā bhavati — is a menstruating woman even fit for enjoyment?; iti tan-niṣedho'pi na upapadyate svit — so even forbidding it makes no sense; iti ca vicāryam — this, too, deserves thought.
And even if one did take that coarse sense: is a menstruating woman fit for love-making at all? Hardly — so 'do not touch her' would not even work as a warning. This too, Viśvanātha adds, is worth thinking over.
