kṛṣṇādhara-madhu-mugdheO you bewitched by the honey of Kṛṣṇa's lips vocative; the whole taunt is aimed at 'you who fancy you drink it'हे कृष्ण के अधर-रूपी मधु पर मुग्ध हुई (गोपी)!
kṛṣṇādhara-madhu-mugdhe — O you bewitched by the honey of Kṛṣṇa's lips
O you who are besotted with the honey of Kṛṣṇa's lips —
An udāharaṇa of asūyā (jealous indignation), one of the vyabhicāri-bhāvas of prakaraṇa 13; the lead-in 'yathā vā' offers it as a further example. Here — so Viśvanātha frames it — the jealousy is aimed at a rival gopī, unlike the previous verse where it was aimed at the flute.

Even this taunt, Jīva notes, springs from the strange turns of her love. As in the previous verse, she has convinced herself that the flute really drinks Kṛṣṇa's lip-nectar — and she speaks from that settled conviction.
