imāny adhika-magnāni padāni vahato vadhūm |
imānithese [footprints], pointing right at themये (चरण-चिह्न)
adhika-magnānisunk in deeper [than the rest](और सब से) अधिक गहरे धँसे हुए
vahataḥof him as he carries gen. present participle, reaching forward to kṛṣṇasya in L2उस (कृष्ण) के, जो किसी वधू को उठाए हुए चल रहा है
imāni padāni — these footprints; adhika-magnāni — pressed in deeper; vahataḥ — of him as he carries; vadhūm — a woman.
Look at these footprints — they sink in deeper than the others. That is Kṛṣṇa carrying a woman.
An udāharaṇa of asūyā ('indignant envy'), the vyabhicāri-bhāva opened in this section; per the lead-in it here arises from saubhāgya — envy at another's good fortune. Quoted from Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam 10.30.32, the gopīs tracking Kṛṣṇa's and Rādhā's prints after the rāsa.

gopyaḥ paśyata kṛṣṇasya bhārākrāntasya kāminaḥ ||
gopyaḥO gopīsहे गोपियो
paśyatalook!देखो
kṛṣṇasyaof Kṛṣṇa — whose prints these are(ये चिह्न) कृष्ण के हैं
bhāra-ākrāntasyaweighed down by the loadजो (स्त्री के) भार से दबा हुआ है, उस (कृष्ण) के
he gopyaḥ — O gopīs; paśyata — look; kṛṣṇasya bhāra-ākrāntasya kāminaḥ — of Kṛṣṇa, weighed down, the lustful one; [padāni imāni adhika-magnāni] — these deeper-sunk footprints.
O gopīs, look! These are Kṛṣṇa's prints, sunk deep because he was weighed down carrying her — the lover. The very depth of the tracks gives him away.
The speaker's tone is the tell: what she reports as fact — deeper footprints — she reads as proof of Kṛṣṇa's lust and another gopī's favored place. That belittling read of another's fortune is asūyā itself.

rāsa-antardhāne — when Kṛṣṇa vanished in the rāsa; śrī-kṛṣṇam anviṣyantīnāṁ gopīnāṁ madhye — among the gopīs searching for him; padmāyāḥ āhuḥ — these are said to be Padmā's words; vadhūṁ śrī-rādhām — 'the vadhū' is Śrī Rādhā.
Here is the scene. During the rāsa Kṛṣṇa disappeared, and the gopīs went looking. So Viśvanātha names the speaker: among them, these words belong to Padmā. And the 'woman' she points to — the vadhū — is Śrī Rādhā.
Naming Padmā and Rādhā is Viśvanātha's own identification, so it is citable here; it fixes the asūyā as a rival gopī belittling Rādhā's supreme fortune.

The meaning of the taunt: he threw over even devoted women like us and carried her off — a lustful man whose only interest is the act itself. Viśvanātha spells out the sting: Padmā reduces Rādhā's being carried by Kṛṣṇa to nothing but his lust. Grudging another's fortune by belittling it — that is asūyā at work.
