tasyāḥ syur acyuta nṛpā bhavatopadiṣṭāḥ
tasyāḥfit to belong to that [sort of] woman — the deaf woman named in L3-L4 genitive doing the work of a dative: 'let the kings be husbands FOR that woman'; the antecedent 'that woman' comes only in L3-L4उस स्त्री के लिए (षष्ठी यहाँ चतुर्थी का काम करती है — 'उसके पति हो जाएँ'; वह स्त्री कौन, यह L3-L4 में खुलता है)
syuḥlet them be, may they be [her husbands] optative — a sarcastic 'let them be', not a wishभले ही हो जाएँ (विधिलिङ् — कामना नहीं, व्यंग्य से 'हो ही जाएँ')
acyutaO Acyuta, O never-falling one vocative, thrown at him with a sting — the 'unfallen' one has just behaved shabbilyहे अच्युत!
bhavatāby you instrumental agent of upadiṣṭāḥआपके द्वारा (उपदिष्ट का कर्ता, तृतीया)
upadiṣṭāḥthe ones you held up, the matches you recommended [for me]जो सुझाए गए / बताए गए
acyuta — O Acyuta; bhavatā upadiṣṭāḥ nṛpāḥ — those kings you recommended; tasyāḥ syuḥ — let them be [the husbands] of that [other] woman.
O Acyuta, those grand kings you held up as better matches for me — let THEM be husbands for that [other kind of] woman. Rukmiṇī throws his taunt straight back: keep your splendid kings for someone else. She names who that woman is in the next lines.
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) of amarṣa, 'indignation', the transient feeling just defined — specifically amarṣa arising from adhikṣepa, an affront (so'dhikṣepāt). Quoted from Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam 10.60.44: Rukmiṇī's indignant retort after Kṛṣṇa teases her that she should have married one of the great kings.

strīṇāṁ gṛheṣuinside the women's quarters, in their wives' houses locative — the one place these 'kings' are seen for what they areस्त्रियों के घरों में (सप्तमी — वही एक जगह जहाँ इन 'राजाओं' की असलियत खुलती है)
khara-go-śva-viḍāla-bhṛtyāḥare [no better than] asses, oxen, dogs, cats, and household drudges predicate describing nṛpāḥ; a cutting list — beast of burden (ass, ox), scorned (dog), grovelling scavenger (cat), order-taking servantगधे, बैल, कुत्ते, बिल्ली और नौकर के समान (नृपाः का विधेय — एक काटती हुई सूची)
[te nṛpāḥ] strīṇāṁ gṛheṣu — those kings, in their women's quarters; khara-go-śva-viḍāla-bhṛtyāḥ [santaḥ] — are asses, oxen, dogs, cats, and menial servants.
Because in the women's quarters those very kings are nothing but asses and oxen [beasts of burden], dogs [scorned], cats [grovelling scavengers], and household drudges [ordered about]. So much for their so-called greatness — at home they are servants of their wives.
The five nouns cut in sequence: khara (ass) and go (ox) carry loads, śva (dog) is kicked aside, viḍāla (cat) scavenges leftovers, bhṛtya (servant) simply obeys — a graded portrait of servility.

ari-karṣaṇa — O crusher of foes; yat-karṇa-mūlam — into whose (that woman's) very ear; [yuṣmat-kathā] na upayāyāt — [talk of you] would never once have come.
O crusher of foes — 'that woman' is the one into whose ears talk of you has never once reached. She is stone-deaf to your glory. Only such a woman would be glad of the husbands you recommend.
The whole verse pivots on this relative clause: 'that woman' (tasyāḥ, L1) is defined here as the woman who has never heard of Kṛṣṇa — the sting being that no woman who HAD heard of him could ever want another husband.

Talk of you is sung aloud in the very assemblies of Śiva and Brahmā — and STILL it never reached her ears. That is how utterly cut off from you 'that woman' is. Keep your recommended kings for someone like her.
Mṛḍa ('the gracious one') = Śiva; Viriñci = Brahmā. Rukmiṇī names the two highest courts on purpose: if even there Kṛṣṇa's glory is sung, only a woman sealed off from all of creation could have missed it.

Jīva picks up Rūpa's heading, 'now, amarṣa' — the point where the text turns to the next transient feeling, indignation. He quotes the opening words and prepares to gloss the definition.

The definition: amarṣa is the intolerance that rises up from an affront, an insult, and the like. Someone slights you, and something in you simply refuses to take it — that refusal to bear it is amarṣa.
adhikṣepa is a pointed, cutting slight; apamāna is plain disrespect. The ādi ('and such') leaves the list of triggers open.

Jīva sets the scene: Śrī Kṛṣṇa cracks a harsh joke, Rukmiṇī is stung by it, and these verses are her reply. So the amarṣa illustrated here is Rukmiṇī's — her indignation at his affront, exactly the 'adhikṣepa' the definition names.
