vāsaka-sajjāyāḥ śrī-rādhāyāḥ sakhī — the friend of Śrī Rādhā, who is a vāsaka-sajjā; śrī-kṛṣṇam āha — addresses Śrī Kṛṣṇa; aṅga iti — with the words 'aṅgeṣu…'.

Rādhā here is a vāsaka-sajjā — the heroine who has dressed herself and readied the trysting-place, waiting confident that her lover will come. Her friend now speaks to Kṛṣṇa. That is the verse beginning aṅgeṣu.
vāsaka-sajjā: one of the classic nāyikā types — the woman who has adorned herself and prepared the place of meeting, sure her lover is on his way.

iti bhāvaḥ— such is the inner senseऐसा भाव है
yathā yathā viraha-santāpaḥ prabalaḥ bhaviṣyati — as the burning of separation grows fiercer; tathā tathā āśā durbalī-bhūya naśyantī — so her hope, weakening and dying; tāṁ daśamīṁ daśāṁ prāpayiṣyati — will carry her to that tenth stage; iti bhāvaḥ — this is the purport.
The heat of separation keeps rising. As it rises, her hope grows weaker and finally dies. And that will carry her to the tenth stage — the last of the ten stages of longing. This is Viśvanātha's closing sense.
daśamī daśā, the 'tenth stage': the pain of love-in-separation is reckoned in ten stages, the tenth and last being maraṇa, death. To reach it is to be at the very point of dying from separation.
