The opening of an udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) — a lover reeling off, one by one, the remembered features of Kṛṣṇa. Viśvanātha frames the speaker as Śrī Rādhā, her beloved now far away, lamenting to Uddhava; the Jīva gloss that follows defines vitarka, the deliberative dwelling of the mind that this verse serves.

pīyūṣi-kirāṁ kvib-anta-ṣaṣṭhy-antam |
pīyūṣi-kirāmthe word pīyūṣi-kirām'पीयूषिकिराम्' यह पद
kvib-antamis formed with the kvip suffix — a zero-ending agent form, 'scattering nectar' kvip (kvib) leaves no visible marker, making a noun straight from the root √kṝक्विप्-प्रत्यय-अन्त (जिसका कोई चिह्न शेष नहीं रहता)
ṣaṣṭhy-antamand stands in the genitive — 'of [words] that scatter nectar' ṣaṣṭhī = the sixth (genitive) case; here gen. pl., governing girāmषष्ठी-अन्त (यहाँ girām का विशेषण)
pīyūṣi-kirām — the form pīyūṣi-kirām; kvib-antam — ends in kvip; ṣaṣṭhy-antam — is in the genitive.
pīyūṣi-kirām — 'पीयूषिकिराम्' पद; kvib-antam — क्विप्-प्रत्यय-अन्त; ṣaṣṭhy-antam — षष्ठी-अन्त।
Viśvanātha parses the word: pīyūṣi-kirām is built with the kvip suffix (a zero ending that turns the root 'to scatter' into an agent-noun), and it is genitive — so 'of his nectar-scattering words'.
'पीयूषिकिराम्' पद क्विप् प्रत्यय-अन्त है और षष्ठी-अन्त है, जो girām का विशेषण बनता है।
kvip — a kṛt suffix in Pāṇinian grammar that vanishes entirely, forming a noun directly on the verb root; here on √kṝ 'scatter', giving pīyūṣi-kir- 'nectar-scattering'.
क्विप् — पाणिनि-व्याकरण का एक कृत्-प्रत्यय जो पूरी तरह लुप्त हो जाता है, और सीधे धातु पर से संज्ञा बना देता है; यहाँ √कृ ('बिखेरना') पर लगकर 'पीयूषिकिर्' अर्थात् 'अमृत बरसाने वाली' बनता है।

parimalā iti anena — by the word 'fragrances'; girāṁ puṣpa-mañjarītvam āropitam — the nature of flower-clusters is imposed on the words; tena ca — and by that; atispṛhaṇīyatvam vyañjitam — their being intensely longed-for is suggested.
parimalā iti anena — 'परिमला' इस पद के द्वारा; girāṁ puṣpa-mañjarītvam āropitam — वाणियों पर पुष्पमञ्जरी होने का आरोप किया गया; tena ca — और उसी से; atispṛhaṇīyatvam vyañjitam — अत्यन्त स्पृहणीयता व्यञ्जित की गई।
By saying 'fragrances,' Viśvanātha notes, the poet lays the picture of flowering blossoms over Kṛṣṇa's words — as if the words themselves were sprays of flowers. And that image quietly hints at a further thing: those words are craved above everything else.
'परिमला' शब्द के द्वारा उन वाणियों पर पुष्पमञ्जरी होने का आरोप किया गया है, और इसी से यह भी व्यञ्जित हो जाता है कि वे अत्यन्त स्पृहणीय हैं।
Two poetic devices: āropa — the superimposition that makes a metaphor (rūpaka), here 'words = flower-clusters'; and vyañjanā — 'suggestion', a word's power to convey a sense beyond the literal, here the intense longing for those words.

Viśvanātha resolves 'puṇḍarīka-śriṇī': the beauty of the white lotus — its white glow — is what those two eyes carry. So the compound means: eyes bearing the white splendor of a white lotus.

A bahuvrīhi describing the dual nayane ('the two eyes'). puṇḍarīka is the white lotus specifically; śvetima is its whiteness — the point is the pale radiance, not just lotus-shape.
यह 'नयने' (दोनों नेत्र) का विशेषण एक बहुव्रीहि है। पुण्डरीक विशेष रूप से श्वेत कमल है, और श्वेतिमा उसकी शुभ्रता है — तात्पर्य कमल के आकार में नहीं, उसकी उज्ज्वल श्वेत आभा में है।
