tasyāḥon it — that bed genitive of śayyā standing in for a locative, 'upon that bed'उस (शय्या) पर
vidhumukhi — O moon-faced one; bhaja śayyām — take to the bed; kiṁ na vartase — why do you not stay; tasyāḥ — on it.
'O moon-faced girl, come to the bed. Why won't you stay on it?' These are the opening words of Kṛṣṇa's coaxing.
An udāharaṇa of vrīḍā — glossed lajjā, 'bashfulness' — the transient (vyabhicāri) emotion of prakaraṇa 13, here arising from navīna-saṅgama, 'a fresh union' (per the lead-in). The speaker is Kṛṣṇa recounting the scene; Viśvanātha names his listener as his friend Subala.

'Again and again this devoted servant begs you — please relent!' Kṛṣṇa pleads, calling himself merely 'the attendant.'

Rādhā stood shining at the doorway, like the presiding Goddess of beauty of the bower itself. She did not go in to the bed — and that, out of sheer bashfulness (so Viśvanātha reads it).

yarucad ihety atra “lasati bata” iti vā pāṭhaḥ |
vyarucad iha iti atrahere, at 'vyarucad iha' ('she shone here') 'atra' = at this spot in the mūla; the pratīka picks up L4's opening wordsमूल के इस स्थल पर 'व्यरुचद् इह' (इन शब्दों के स्थान पर)
'lasati bata' itithe words 'lasati bata' ('ah — how she shines!')'
vā pāṭhaḥis an alternative reading 'vā' = or — a variant pāṭha, left standing beside the other, not chosen over itअथवा (यह) पाठ है
vyarucad iha iti atra — at 'vyarucad iha'; 'lasati bata' iti vā pāṭhaḥ — there is also the reading 'lasati bata'.
Jīva flags a textual variant: where our text reads 'vyarucad iha' ('she shone here'), some copies read 'lasati bata' ('ah, how she shines!'). He leaves both readings standing.
pāṭha = a manuscript reading. Jīva records the variant without deciding between them; the decode keeps the alternative open.

'The attendant' (anuvartī) means 'a man who is none other than me' — so Kṛṣṇa is speaking of himself in the third person, as if he were merely Rādhā's servant.

tad api — even so; lajjayā eva — out of sheer bashfulness; śayyāyāṁ na gatā — she did not go to the bed; iti arthaḥ — such is the meaning.
Even after all that pleading she still would not go to the bed — and that, purely out of bashfulness. So she stayed shining at the doorway instead. This bashfulness is the vrīḍā the verse sets out to show.
