An udāharaṇa — an illustrative verse in Viśākhā's voice (so Viśvanātha) — of jaḍatā (stupor), the vyabhicāri-bhāva of this chapter, here arising iṣṭekṣaṇena, 'by seeing the beloved,' the cause named just before the verse. Quoted from Vidagdha-mādhava 3.29.

dhig astu svaṁ bhāgyaṁ yad iha mama rādhā priya-sakhī
dhig astua curse on it! — fie!
svaṁ bhāgyaṁmy own fortune svaṁ = madīyam, 'my own' (so Jīva)अपने भाग्य को ('स्व' अर्थात् मेरा अपना — ऐसा जीव)

ihahere, in this very caseयहाँ, इस अवसर पर

svaṁ bhāgyaṁ — my own fortune; dhik astu — fie upon it!; yad — in that; iha — here; mama priya-sakhī rādhā — my dear friend Rādhā — [continues in L4]
But fie on my own fortune! For here is my dear friend Rādhā...
Spoken as vyāja-stuti — praise in the disguise of blame: Viśākhā seems to curse her luck and pity Rādhā, but the real point is the surpassing height of Rādhā's love (so Viśvanātha). The 'blame' begins here, at dhig astu.

the moment he comes and stands before her, her limbs go stiff and numb with stupor, and she just rolls helpless on the ground. This stupor (jaḍima) is the jaḍatā the verse illustrates — the transient emotion of this chapter, here brought on simply by seeing the beloved.

tasyāḥ īdṛśa-svabhāve adyāvagate api — even though her such nature is now understood; yat narmādikaṁ nāṭakeṣu atra api ca kutracit varṇyate — whatever teasing etc. is described of her in the dramas and here too, here and there; tat khalu alpam eva jñeyam — that is surely to be understood as only rare.

One may wonder: if Rādhā is stunned to stupor the instant she sees Kṛṣṇa, how is she elsewhere shown joking and teasing him? Jīva answers: even now that we know her nature to be this — to be overwhelmed — whatever teasing and the like the dramas describe of her, here and there, should be understood as truly rare. Her love so overpowers her that light banter is the exception, not the rule.
The printed words 'tat khaū iralam eva jñeyam' are corrupt; the sense read here is 'tat khalv alpam eva jñeyam,' 'that indeed is to be understood as only slight (rare).'

aho iti[in the verse] beginning 'aho''अहो' इत्यादि (कहकर वर्णन करती है)
viśākhā — Viśākhā; śrī-kṛṣṇena militāyāḥ śrī-rādhāyāḥ — of Rādhā, now united with Kṛṣṇa; premotkarṣaṁ — the surpassing height of love; vyāja-stutyā — by covert praise; [varṇayati] — describes; aho iti — in the verse 'aho'.
Viśvanātha sets the scene: the speaker is Viśākhā. Rādhā has just met with Kṛṣṇa, and Viśākhā describes the towering height of Rādhā's love — but by vyāja-stuti, praise dressed up as blame. That is the verse 'aho...'.
vyāja-stuti — a figure from alaṅkāra-śāstra: apparent censure that is really praise (or the reverse). Here Viśākhā's mock-lament — 'fie on my fortune; poor Rādhā just collapses' — is in fact the highest praise of Rādhā's love.
