daronmīlan nīlotpala-dala-rucaḥ — अधखिले नीलकमल की पंखुड़ियों-सी कान्ति वाले; tasya — उस (कृष्ण) के; niviḍāt — प्रगाढ़ (कुतूहल के कारण)।
The verse opens on him — dark Kṛṣṇa, whose sheen is like the glow of half-opened blue-lotus petals. From the firm, unbroken thrill of his touch — the sentence carries on into the next line.

An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse, Vidagdha-mādhava 2.6, in Rādhā's voice) of moha, 'bewilderment' — a vyabhicāri-bhāva of prakaraṇa 13. The lead-in reads 'atha mohaḥ, sa harṣāt' ('now moha; it arises from joy'). Its lakṣaṇa is the one the commentators give below: Jīva calls it hṛn-mūḍhatā, 'a dazing of the heart', Viśvanātha mūrcchā, 'a swoon'. Dazed by Kṛṣṇa's touch, Rādhā can no longer say where, who, or what she was.

mohaḥ — moha; mūrcchā — [is] a swoon.
mohaḥ — मोह; mūrcchā — मूर्च्छा।
Viśvanātha's definition: moha is mūrcchā — a fainting swoon. Note he says something stronger than Jīva: not just a dazed heart but an actual faint. The two readings stand side by side, unharmonized.
मोह मूर्च्छा है।

Here Viśvanātha lays the sentence out in order. 'His' means the dark young Kṛṣṇa. He unpacks that aorist na ajñāsiṣam as 'I have not known it with any certainty' — namely this whole string of questions, 'where was I', and the rest.

matto 'haṁ kila vilalāpa — 'मैं मतवाला होकर विलाप करता रहा'; supto 'haṁ kiṁ cakāra — 'मैं सोया हुआ था, मैंने क्या किया'; iti-vat — इसके समान; liṭ — लिट्।
A grammar note on the form cakara. It is liṭ, the perfect. Viśvanātha cites two stock lines — 'drunk, I raved on', 'asleep, what did I do?' — where the perfect reports an act done in a state of no awareness. That is exactly Rādhā's case: dazed, she did something but cannot vouch for it, so the same perfect fits.
'मैं मतवाला होकर विलाप करता रहा' तथा 'मैं सोया हुआ था — मैंने क्या किया' — इनके समान यहाँ भी लिट् (परोक्ष भूत) का प्रयोग है।
Why cited: Two grammatical examples adduced to show that the mūla's cakara is a liṭ (perfect) of the kind used for an action performed while one was not self-aware — drunk or asleep — which matches Rādhā's dazed, moha-struck state.
क्यों उद्धृत: ये दो व्याकरण के उदाहरण इसलिए दिए गए हैं कि मूल का 'चकर' उसी प्रकार का लिट् (परोक्ष भूत) है जो अपनी सुध-बुध खोकर — मतवाले या सोए हुए — की गई क्रिया के लिए प्रयुक्त होता है; यही राधा की मोह-ग्रस्त, विमूढ अवस्था से मेल खाता है।
