An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) of vyādhi, 'sickness' — one of the transient emotions (vyabhicāri-bhāva) of this prakaraṇa; its lakṣaṇa is given by Śrī Jīva in L5 and by Viśvanātha in s1 (a bodily disorder resembling fever). The verse, quoted from Rasa-sudhākara 2.52, is spoken by Rādhā's friend to Kṛṣṇa (so Viśvanātha in s2), cataloguing the fever of her separation.
