māṁme (the one he means to embrace) accusative, object of āliṅgituṁमुझको — (आलिंगन का कर्म)
sakhiO friend (vocative)हे सखी
milantamwho is coming up to her, closing in accusative — modifies enaṁ nava-yuvānam in L2मिलते हुए इस (नवयुवक) को
āliṅgituṁin order to embrace infinitive of purposeआलिंगन करने के लिए
prasīda — be gracious; madirākṣi sakhi — O wine-eyed friend; māṁ āliṅgituṁ milantam — [him] coming up to embrace me …
Be gracious to me, O wine-eyed friend! This man is closing in to embrace me. (Her plea runs on into the next line: hold him back.)
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) of unmāda, 'derangement', which — per the lead-in (atha unmādaḥ, sa prauḍhānandāt) — arises here from prauḍhānanda, 'mature, ripened bliss'. The tender vocatives are addressed, in her confusion, not to a friend but to a bee.

enaṁ nava-yuvānam — this fresh young man; mudira-dyutiṁ — dark-glistening as a rain-cloud; puraḥ — right in front; nirundhi — hold back.
Hold back this fresh young man right in front of me — the one glistening dark like a rain-cloud! Without knowing it, she is describing Kṛṣṇa himself.
mudira-dyuti, 'rain-cloud radiance', is the stock image for Kṛṣṇa's dark, glossy complexion — the reader catches whom she means even as she speaks of a 'young man'.

iti bhramarikām api priya-sakhī-bhramād yācate
itiso [she says] — closing the quoted pleaइस प्रकार
bhramarikāma she-bee (the creature she is actually addressing) accusative, object of yācateभ्रमरी (मधुमक्खी) को — (याचना का कर्म)
apiof all things — a mere beeभी
priya-sakhī-bhramātbecause she mistakes it for her dear friend ablative of cause; bhrama = the delusionप्रिय सखी के भ्रम के कारण
yācateshe pleads with, begs (present)याचना करती है
iti — so [she says]; priya-sakhī-bhramāt — mistaking it for her dear friend; bhramarikām api — even a she-bee; yācate — she begs.
So — taking a mere she-bee for her dear friend — she pleads with it. Hear the wordplay: bhramarikā, 'bee', and bhramāt, 'through delusion', ring off the same root bhram-, 'to whirl, to err' — the bee and the reeling of her mind are named in one breath.
The śleṣa on √bhram (bhramarikā 'she-bee' / bhrama 'delusion') is the verse's turn: her whirling wits (bhrama) settle on a whirring bee (bhramara).

unmada-pramada-viklavāunstrung by the joy of surging intoxication nominative fem.; unmada = rising intoxication, pramada = delight, viklavā = thrown into disarray — the cause folded into the epithetचढ़ते उन्माद और हर्ष से विह्वल हुई — (कारण एपिथेट में ही समाया हुआ)
vallavīthe cowherd girl (the subject of yācate) nominativeगोपी
vallavī — the cowherd girl; harim samīkṣya — on catching sight of Hari; unmada-pramada-viklavā — unstrung by the joy of surging intoxication; [yācate — begs].
It is the cowherd girl who does this: catching sight of Hari, she is so unstrung by the joy of surging rapture that her wits give way. This line hands us the subject and the cause — seeing Kṛṣṇa is the spark, ecstatic intoxication the derangement.
unmada-pramada-viklavā carries the cause inside it: the very joy of seeing him (pramada) is what overwhelms and deranges her — bliss so ripe it unhinges, exactly the prauḍhānanda the lead-in named.

unmādaḥ — unmāda; hṛd-bhramaḥ — [is] a reeling of the heart.
Jīva's one-line gloss: unmāda is a reeling of the heart. He locates the derangement in the hṛd, the heart.
Jīva puts the reeling in the heart (hṛd); Viśvanātha, glossing the same term below, puts it in the mind (citta). The two glosses are left standing side by side, not merged.

Viśvanātha does two things. He names the speaker — it is Vṛndā who says this verse — and he glosses the word: bhramarikā means bhṛṅgī, a she-bee.
The speaker's name Vṛndā comes from Viśvanātha (an included commentator), so it may be stated; the verse itself leaves the speaker unnamed.
