jānāmi te patiṁ śatruṁ jānāmi tridaśeśvaram |
jānāmiI know full well 1st sg.; deliberately repeated in the line for emphatic boastमैं (भली-भाँति) जानती हूँ
te patiṁthat your husband [Indra] te (gen.) 'your'; patiṁ (acc.) is the thing 'I know' — object of jānāmiतेरे पति को (जानने की वस्तु)
śatruṁto be [our] enemy predicate accusative in the double-accusative 'I know X (patiṁ) as Y (śatruṁ)'(उसे) अपना शत्रु (के रूप में)
jānāmiyes, I know him tooजानती हूँ
tridaśeśvaramto be the lord of the gods tridaśa 'the thirty' = the gods; a second predicate acc. under jānāmiदेवताओं के स्वामी (इन्द्र) के रूप में
jānāmi — I know; te patiṁ — that your husband; śatruṁ — is [our] enemy; jānāmi — I know [him]; tridaśeśvaram — to be the lord of the gods.
I know very well that your husband is our enemy. And I know he is Indra, lord of all the gods.
An udāharaṇa of garva ('pride'), the vyabhicāri-bhāva under definition in this prakaraṇa — Jīva names garva outright in his comment below. From Viṣṇu-purāṇa 5.30.51: Satyabhāmā (Kṛṣṇa's queen) taunting Śacī, Indra's queen, over the pārijāta. Both patiṁ and tridaśeśvaram point to Indra.

pārijātaṁ tathāpy enaṁ mānuṣī hārayāmi te ||
pārijātaṁthis pārijāta [the wish-tree of Indra's heaven] acc., the thing to be carried offपारिजात को (जो छीना जाना है)
tathāpieven so — for all that concessive: granting everything just conceded about Indra's power(इन्द्र की सारी शक्ति मान लेने पर) तो भी
enaṁthis very one deictic acc. picking up pārijātaṁ — 'this one right here'इसी को (यही सामने का पारिजात)
mānuṣīthough only a mortal woman [am I] fem. nom. in apposition to the speaker — concessive, heightening the boast against a goddessमैं मानवी (एक साधारण मनुष्य-स्त्री) होकर भी
hārayāmiI will make you lose it — I will carry it off causative of hṛ 'deprive, rob' — 'cause [it] to be taken away'(तुझसे) छिनवा लेती हूँ / हरण करा देती हूँ
tefrom you, to your loss gen. of the person robbedतुझसे (जिससे छीना जाता है)
mānuṣī — though a mortal woman; tathāpi — even so; enaṁ pārijātaṁ — this very pārijāta; te — from you; hārayāmi — I will carry off / make you lose.
And even so — mortal woman though I am — I will strip you of this very pārijāta. I will carry it off from you.
hārayāmi is the causative of hṛ used in the sense 'rob, deprive of': te (gen.) is the one robbed, pārijātaṁ the thing, enaṁ reinforcing it. The bite of the garva is the contrast mānuṣī (a mere mortal) against te (a goddess).

namrety atrotprekṣita-mātro’pi garvaḥ śrotṝṇāṁ cetasi satyavad bhātīty udāhṛtam ||
namrety atrahere, in the 'namrā...' [passage] namrā iti = a pratīka; its antecedent lies in a neighbouring illustration not carried in this unit'नम्रा' — इस (प्रतीक-रूप उदाहरण) में
utprekṣita-mātro’pieven though it is only a poetic conceit (utprekṣā), merely imputed api concessive — 'granted it is only imagined, still…'
garvaḥthe pride (garva) nom. subject — Jīva names the vyabhicāri-bhāva outrightगर्व (नामक व्यभिचारी भाव)
śrotṝṇāṁ cetasiin the hearers' hearts loc. = the place where it 'shines'श्रोताओं के चित्त में (जहाँ वह प्रतीत होता है)
satyavad bhātishines as if it were real satya-vat 'like-truth'; bhāti 'appears'सत्य के समान प्रतीत होता है
ity udāhṛtam— and so it has been given as an illustration [of garva]इस प्रकार (यहाँ गर्व) उदाहृत है
namrā iti atra — here in the 'namrā' passage; garvaḥ — the pride; utprekṣita-mātraḥ api — though only a poetic conceit; śrotṝṇāṁ cetasi — in the hearers' hearts; satyavat — as if real; bhāti — shines; iti — thus; udāhṛtam — it is cited as an example.
Even though the pride here is only a poetic conceit — she is merely pictured boasting — it still shines in the hearers' hearts as if it were real. That is why it stands as an illustration of garva.
'namrā...' is a pratīka pointing to a companion illustration outside this unit, so its full antecedent is left as Jīva gives it. The teaching point is Jīva's: garva counts as illustrated even when the pride is only imputed by poetic fancy, so long as it lands on the audience as real.
