aparāddham evaI did indeed offend; eva = 'truly, no denying it'अपराध ही (मुझसे) हुआ है
teagainst you te read as a dative, 'to/against you' (so Viśvanātha, s3); Jīva (s1) instead takes it as a genitive resolved locatively, 'in regard to you' — two readings left standingतुम्हारे प्रति (चतुर्थी) — अथवा तुम्हारे विषय में (षष्ठी, अधिकरण-रूप में विवृत)
āli — O friend (Viśākhā); te — against you; aparāddham eva — I have indeed done wrong; tathyam — and that is true.
O friend, it is true. I really did wrong you.
An udāharaṇa placed under the lead-in aparādhena, yathā — a vyabhicāri-bhāva shown arising through an offense (aparādha). In Viśvanātha's setting, Rādhā, who in her sulking māna had driven her friend Viśākhā away, now comes back and owns the fault.

duṣṭa-māna-phaṇi-daṣṭayābitten by the cobra of my wicked māna (jealous sulking) a metaphor-compound: duṣṭa-māna (wicked sulk) is itself the phaṇi (cobra); daṣṭayā agrees with mayā — 'by me, [who was] bitten'दुष्ट मान रूपी सर्प से डसी हुई
mayāby me — the one who did itमुझ (के द्वारा)
duṣṭa-māna-phaṇi-daṣṭayā mayā — by me, bitten by the cobra of wicked māna, [the offense was done].
It was I — bitten by the snake of my own wicked sulking — who did it.

Viśvanātha (s6) reads this line as her answer to the worry that Kṛṣṇa has now turned away from her.
