na kṣodīyān api sakhi mama prema-gandho mukunde
na kṣodīyān apithere is not even the tiniest, most minute trace kṣodīyān is the superlative of kṣudra, "the very least amount"; na … api = "not even"ज़रा-सी भी नहीं — क्षोदीयान् 'क्षुद्र' का अतिशय रूप है, अर्थात् सबसे थोड़ी मात्रा; 'न …

prema-gandhaḥso much as a scent of love gandha, "smell," is idiom for "the merest whiff"प्रेम की गन्ध — 'गन्ध' यहाँ 'लेशमात्र, तनिक-सी छाया' का मुहावरा है
mukundetoward Mukunda locative, "with respect to / for" Mukundaमुकुन्द के प्रति (सप्तमी — 'के विषय में, के लिए')
sakhi — O friend; mama mukunde prema-gandhaḥ — in me, for Mukunda, a scent of love; na kṣodīyān api — is not present even in the tiniest measure.
"Friend, in me there is not even the faintest whiff of love for Mukunda." "Scent of love" is an idiom — not a drop, not a trace. Rādhā opens by flatly denying that she loves Kṛṣṇa at all.
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) spoken in Rādhā's own voice to Lalitā in the mood of a proṣita-bhartṛkā, the heroine whose beloved has gone abroad. The unit's header marks it as illustrating a transient emotion (vyabhicāri-bhāva) as it arises through separation (viprayogeṇa); quoted from Uddhava-sandeśa 81. The verse is bitter self-mockery: Rādhā "proves" she has no love by the fact that she is still alive.

"Having lost every prop and support, unable to see his face — and yet, alas, I still keep this worm of a life alive." Take that as your proof, she says: a true lover would have died on the spot. Since I go on breathing, my heart must be empty. Her continued living is, to her, the shame that "proves" she has no love.

He unpacks "khelad-vaṁśī-valayin." The flute plays on, dancing through melody, notes, rhythm, and modulation. The circle of sound it throws up is the "ring." So the compound means his face ringed round by the flute's music — not a bracelet of metal, but a halo of sound.
valaya normally means a ring or bracelet worn on the body. Viśvanātha reads it here as the encircling ring of flute-sound around Kṛṣṇa's face — the ornament is music, not metal.

nirantaraṁ māṁ daśantam apieven though it bites me without a pause api = concessive, "even though it bites"निरन्तर मुझे डँसते हुए भी (अपि = यद्यपि वह डँसता है)

prāṇā eva kīṭaḥ — the life-breaths themselves are the worm; taṁ — it; nirantaraṁ māṁ daśantam api — though it bites me without pause; bibharmi dhārayāmi pālayāmi ca — I carry it, I keep it, and I even nourish it.

He decodes "prāṇa-kīṭa": the life-breath is a worm. And though this worm gnaws me nonstop, I still carry it, cling to it — and even nurse it. The three verbs pile up, deepening the self-reproach: she keeps herself alive when a real lover would already have died.
