vilasati kila vṛndāraṇya-līlā-vihāre
vilasatiwhile it is going on in full play loc. present participle set up as a locative absolute with vihāre — 'while the sporting shines / is in full swing'जब (लीला-विहार) शोभायमान हो रहा हो / अपने पूरे वेग में चमक रहा हो
kilaindeed — as you well knowनिश्चय ही / कहते हैं कि
vṛndāraṇya-līlā-vihārein the roaming-play of the Vṛndā-forestवृन्दावन की लीला रूप विहार के भीतर
vṛndāraṇya-līlā-vihāre — in the roaming-play of the Vṛndā-forest; vilasati — while it is going on in full play; kila — indeed.
While our roaming play in Vṛndāvana is in full swing — as you well know —
An udāharaṇa of the sāttvika-bhāva vaivarṇya (change of bodily colour — here the face turning copper-red), arising from roṣa (anger, jealous sulking), as the lead-in states: 'roṣād, yathā—' ('from anger, as follows'). It is Kṛṣṇa's speech to a jealous Rādhā (UN 12.23).

prasarad-udaya-rāga-grasta-pūrṇendu-bimbāone whose full-moon orb is swallowed by the spreading red glow of sunrise bahuvrīhi describing dyauḥ (the sky) in L4: prasarat 'spreading', udaya-rāga 'the redness of dawn', grasta 'seized/swallowed', pūrṇendu-bimba 'the orb of the full moon'जिसमें फैलती हुई प्रातःकालीन उदय की लालिमा ने पूर्ण चन्द्रमा के बिम्ब को ग्रस लिया हो
prasarad-udaya-rāga-grasta-pūrṇendu-bimbā — [a sky] whose full-moon orb is swallowed by the spreading red of dawn.
a sky whose full-moon orb is swallowed up by the spreading red of dawn —
The image doubles as a comparison for Rādhā's own face: the full moon is her face, the dawn-redness is the flush of anger overtaking it. Kṛṣṇa's point is that both are equally causeless.

Jīva unpacks the compound vṛndāraṇya-līlā-vihāre. In Vṛndāvana, līlā means activity full of joy; the vihāra done through that play means roaming here and there; 'in that' is the locative.

The sky — how could it, at midnight, become one marked by 'prasarat...' and so on? It cannot, because at that hour such a thing simply cannot come about; dawn's redness has no way to reach midnight.

The word 'autumn' means the sky is clear — no lightning or the like. So the redness cannot be produced even by some other cause. That is the point: every route to it is closed.

sva-pratibimbaṁ — her own reflection; śrī-kṛṣṇa-vakṣasi vilokya — seeing it on Śrī Kṛṣṇa's chest; kāntāntara-bhrameṇa — mistaking it for another woman; mānavatīṁ śrī-rādhāṁ — to the sulking Śrī Rādhā; śrī-kṛṣṇaḥ āha vilasati iti — Śrī Kṛṣṇa speaks 'vilasati...'.

Rādhā catches her own reflection on Kṛṣṇa's [dark, mirror-like] chest and, mistaking it for a rival woman, sulks in jealousy. To her, so sulking, Kṛṣṇa speaks the verse 'vilasati...'. This is the situation the whole verse answers.
māna is the jealous, proud sulking of a heroine; kāntāntara = 'another lover/woman'. Kṛṣṇa's glossy dark chest acts as a mirror, so the reflection Rādhā sees is her own.

Why say the moon is 'full'? To rule out a half-moon. Why say the sky is 'autumn'? To rule out flaws like a lightning-flash. Each qualifier removes another way the sky might redden — so the redness Kṛṣṇa denies is left utterly without cause.
vyāvṛtti = 'exclusion' — a chosen word inserted precisely to fence off a case it would otherwise let in, the way 'the red rose' rules out the white ones. Here 'full' fences off a half or waning moon, and 'autumnal' fences off a stormy, lightning-lit sky; both keep the sky flawlessly clear, so its supposed redness would have no source at all.
