parimala-caṭule dvirepha-vṛnde
parimala-caṭulemade restless by the fragrance locative, agreeing with the bee-swarm; parimala = the scent that rises when blossoms are crushed and rubbed, which sets the bees dartingफूलों के मसले जाने पर उठी सुगन्ध से चंचल हुए (भौंरों के झुंड में) — जब वह सुगन्ध से मचल उठा
dvirepha-vṛndeat the swarm of bees locative that L2's 'runs' completes as a when-clause; dvirepha, 'the two-r one,' is a poetic name for the bee (bhramara carries two r-sounds)भौंरों के झुंड के (मुख की ओर दौड़ने पर) — 'द्विरेफ' अर्थात् जिसमें दो 'र' हों, भ्रमर का काव्य-नाम; सप्तमी
dvirepha-vṛnde — at the swarm of bees; parimala-caṭule — restless with the fragrance.
There is a swarm of bees. The scent of the crushed blossoms has stirred them up, and they are darting about.
An udāharaṇa of a sāttvika-bhāva arising from bhaya (fear), per the lead-in 'bhayāt, yathā' ('out of fear, for example'). The involuntary bodily signs the chapter defines show here as kampa (trembling, L2) and pulaka / romāñca (bristling hair, L3): a bee-swarm frightens the girl Pālī into Kṛṣṇa's arms.

mukham abhistraight toward her face abhi + accusative = 'in the direction of'मुख की ओर — 'अभि' द्वितीया के साथ 'की दिशा में'
dhāvatiwhen the swarm rushes completes L1 as a when-clause (dvirepha-vṛnde ... dhāvati sati) — the bees dart at her faceदौड़ता है — यह L1 की सप्तमी को 'जब भौंरों का झुंड मुख की ओर दौड़ता है' रूप में पूरा करता है
kampitāṅga-yaṣṭiḥher slender frame set trembling bahuvrīhi describing Pālī; aṅga-yaṣṭi = the body likened to a slim stalk, kampita = made to shake — this trembling is kampa, a sāttvika signजिसका लता-सा (छरहरा) शरीर काँप उठा — पाली का विशेषण, बहुव्रीहि; यह काँपना ही कम्प नामक सात्त्विक चिह्न है
dvirepha-vṛnde mukham abhi dhāvati (sati) — when the swarm of bees rushes toward her face; kampitāṅga-yaṣṭiḥ (pālī) — she, her slender frame trembling.
The bees dart right at her face. Her slim body starts to shake. That trembling is kampa, one of the involuntary signs of love.
