avetyahaving realized / made sure thatयह जानकर, समझकर
bhavatīm asādhyāmthat you could not be conqueredआपको असाध्य, अर्थात् जो इन बाणों से वश में न हो सके
puṣpaiḥ viśikhaiḥ — by his flower-arrows; bhavatīm — you; asādhyām — could not be subdued; avetya — having realized this.
Realizing that you could not be conquered by his ordinary flower-arrows —
An udāharaṇa of jṛmbhā, 'yawning', one of the anubhāvas (outward symptoms of bhāva) catalogued in prakaraṇa 11; the lead-in reads jṛmbhā, yathā—. Viśvanātha assigns the speech to Śrī Kṛṣṇa, addressed to Candrāvalī. The whole verse is a conceit: Candrāvalī keeps yawning, and the yawn is playfully explained as a special weapon of Cupid.

madanaḥ — Madana; sādhvīm jṛmbhaṇāstrām — the sure-working yawn-weapon; adhītya — having mastered; kila — so it is said.
Madana — Cupid — so the story goes, studied and mastered the sure-working 'yawning-weapon' (jṛmbhaṇa-astra).
astra: a mantra-empowered divine weapon that one 'takes up' by learning it as a science — hence adhi-√i, 'study/master'. The joke is that Cupid, foiled by his usual arrows, has to go back to school for a specialist weapon.

the proof? Today, O friend, at the edge of the cow-pasture you keep yawning over and over. That repeated yawning is Cupid's yawn-weapon at work — and, read straight, it is the anubhāva jṛmbhā itself.

atra — here; adhītya iti — for the word adhītya; prayujya iti pāṭhāntaram — 'prayujya' is a variant reading.
Jīva records a textual variant. Where our verse reads adhītya, 'having studied [it]', some manuscripts read prayujya, 'having deployed [it]'. The two differ only in sense — Cupid either learns the yawn-weapon or wields it — and Jīva notes both without choosing.
pāṭhāntara: a variant manuscript reading. Jīva simply registers it and leaves both standing.
