An udāharaṇa of gātra-moṭana, 'stretching and twisting the limbs' — the anubhāva named in the lead-in (gātra-moṭanaṁ, yathā—) and illustrated by this whole verse.
यह गात्रमोटन — 'अंगों को मरोड़ना और तानना' — नामक अनुभाव का उदाहरण है, जिसे भूमिका में (गात्रमोटनम्, यथा—) कहकर इसी पूरे श्लोक से दिखाया गया है।
L2example
puraḥ kuraṅgī-nayanā salīlam |
puraḥin front of (him) governs the genitive vallava-puṅgavasya from L1सामने (L1 की षष्ठी 'वल्लवपुंगवस्य' को लेता है — कृष्ण के सामने)

apy aṅga-bhaṅgaṁ kila kurvatīyam
apithough — merely, only concessive: she was only stretching, yet the result was something else (see L4)यद्यपि / तो भी (छूट का बोध — करती तो केवल अंगड़ाई थी, पर हुआ कुछ और)
aṅga-bhaṅgaṁa bending of the limbs — a bodily stretch accusative object of kurvatī; aṅga = limb, bhaṅga = a breaking/bendingअंगभंग — अंगों का मरोड़ना (कर्म, 'कुर्वती' का)
kilaso it is said, indeed particle flagging the surface report before the twist landsकहते हैं कि / मानो — ऊपरी बात बताने वाला निपात, आगे मोड़ आने से पहले
kurvatīwhile she was doing feminine present participle, nominative, agreeing with iyamकरती हुई (स्त्रीलिंग वर्तमान कृदन्त, 'इयम्' से मेल)
iyamthis woman (here) nominative; the subject picked up from kuraṅgī-nayanāयह (गोपी) — कर्ता, 'मृगनयनी' से लिया गया
iyam — this woman; aṅga-bhaṅgaṁ kila kurvatī api — though she was merely, so they say, doing a stretch of the limbs
api — यद्यपि; aṅga-bhaṅgaṁ — अंगभंग (अंगों का मरोड़ना); kila — कहते हैं; kurvatī — करती हुई; iyam — यह (गोपी)
Though this woman was merely stretching her body — that is all she seemed to be doing. The 'though' sets up the punchline coming in the last line.
यह गोपी यद्यपि (मानो केवल) अंगभंग — अंगों का मरोड़ना — कर रही थी।
L4example
anaṅga-bhaṅgaṁ tarasā vyatānīt ||
anaṅga-bhaṅgaṁa breaking-forth of the bodiless one, Cupid — read by the commentators as a surge of desire accusative object of vyatānīt. The śleṣa turns on an-aṅga ('no-limb', Kāma) played against aṅga ('limb') in L3अनंगभंग — कामदेव का उद्रेक (कर्म, 'व्यतानीत्' का); यहाँ अन्-अंग ('अंगरहित' = कामदेव) और L3 के अंग ('अंग') पर श्लेष है
tarasāswiftly, all at once instrumental used adverbiallyवेग से, तुरन्त (तृतीया, क्रियाविशेषण के रूप में)
vyatānītshe spread wide, set surging aorist of vi-√tan, 'to stretch/extend out'फैला दिया, विस्तृत कर दिया (वि-√तन् का लुङ्)
iyam — this woman; tarasā — at once; anaṅga-bhaṅgaṁ — a breaking of the bodiless Cupid (a wave of desire); vyatānīt — spread out, set surging
anaṅga-bhaṅgaṁ — अनंगभंग (कामदेव का उद्रेक); tarasā — वेग से; vyatānīt — विस्तृत कर दिया
And at once she set a breaking of Cupid surging wide. Here is the turn: 'aṅga-bhaṅga' (breaking of limbs) in L3 flips to 'anaṅga-bhaṅga' — breaking of the *limbless* one. Though she only stretched her own frame, she made love itself surge in Kṛṣṇa.
(परन्तु उसने) वेग से अनंगभंग — कामदेव का उद्रेक — फैला दिया।
The verse pivots on a śleṣa: aṅga = 'limb', an-aṅga = 'the limbless one' = Kāma/Cupid. So 'a bending of the limbs' (aṅga-bhaṅga) is punned into 'a breaking-forth of Cupid' (anaṅga-bhaṅga) — an apparent contradiction (a mere physical stretch producing an inner surge of love) that the commentators resolve in the next glosses.
श्लोक श्लेष पर घूमता है: अंग = 'अवयव', अन्-अंग = 'अंगरहित' = कामदेव। अतः 'अंगों का मरोड़ना' (अंगभंग) का श्लेष 'कामदेव का उद्रेक' (अनंगभंग) से हो जाता है — एक विरोधाभास (केवल शारीरिक अंगड़ाई से भीतर प्रेम की लहर उठना), जिसे टीकाकार अगली व्याख्याओं में सुलझाते हैं।

gātra-moṭanammeans a stretching and twisting of the body gātra = body, moṭana = a wrenching/stretching — the anubhāva itselfगात्रमोटन — शरीर का मरोड़ना/तानना (यही अनुभाव है)
aṅga-bhaṅgaṁ — the word 'aṅga-bhaṅga'; gātra-moṭanam — means the stretching of the body
aṅga-bhaṅgaṁ — अंगभंग; gātra-moṭanam — शरीर का मरोड़ना (गात्रमोटन)
Jīva glosses the first term: 'aṅga-bhaṅga' in the verse means gātra-moṭana — the stretching and twisting of the limbs, which is exactly the anubhāva this verse illustrates.
'अंगभंग' का अर्थ है गात्रमोटन — शरीर का मरोड़ना।

kāma-taraṅgammeans a wave of desire kāma = desire/love, taraṅga = wave, rippleकामतरंग — काम (प्रेम) की लहर, तरंग
anaṅga-bhaṅgaṁ — the word 'anaṅga-bhaṅga'; kāma-taraṅgam — means a wave of desire
anaṅga-bhaṅgaṁ — अनंगभंग; kāma-taraṅgam — काम की तरंग
Jīva unlocks the pun: 'anaṅga-bhaṅga', literally the breaking of Anaṅga (Cupid, the bodiless one), means kāma-taraṅga — a wave of desire. That is what her stretch really set going in Kṛṣṇa.
'अनंगभंग' का अर्थ है कामतरंग — काम की लहर।

nāndīmukhī — नान्दीमुखी (सखी); vṛndām — वृन्दा से; āha — कहती है; vrajeti — 'व्रज' इत्यादि (प्रतीक)
Viśvanātha sets the scene: Nāndīmukhī speaks this to Vṛndā — the verse that opens with 'vraja…'. So the doe-eyed gopī is being described by one friend to another.
नान्दीमुखी सखी वृन्दा से कहती है — 'व्रज' इत्यादि (श्लोक)।
