When Kṛṣṇa, the slayer of the demon Mura, shines into view right in front of you—
जब मुर-शत्रु कृष्ण सामने आकर प्रकट होते हैं...
An udāharaṇa of dhammilla-sraṁsanam, 'the loosening of the braided hair'—an anubhāva, the outward sign by which love shows itself. Vṛndā is teasing Rādhā, whose bound braids have slipped loose at the sight of Kṛṣṇa.
यह 'धम्मिल्ल-स्रंसन' (गुँथी हुई वेणी का ढीला पड़ जाना) का उदाहरण है — एक अनुभाव, वह बाह्य चिह्न जिससे प्रेम अपने-आप प्रकट हो जाता है। वृन्दा राधा को छेड़ रही है, जिनकी बँधी हुई वेणी कृष्ण को देखते ही खुल गई।

saṁyaminas te kacā muktim ||

muktim'liberation' / 'coming loose' acc. sg.; śleṣa — (a) mokṣa, (b) the braid slipping undoneमुक्ति — (श्लेष) एक ओर मोक्ष, दूसरी ओर वेणी का खुल जाना
te saṁyaminaḥ kacāḥ muktim īyuḥ — that your 'self-restrained' braids reached 'liberation.'
saṁyaminaḥ — संयमी (श्लेष); te — वे; kacāḥ — केश; muktim — मुक्ति (श्लेष)
—that your braids, the 'self-restrained ones,' reached 'liberation.' The whole joke rides on two puns at once. saṁyaminaḥ means both 'ascetics whose senses are subdued' and 'braids bound up'; muktim means both 'liberation (mokṣa)' and 'coming loose.' Literally: Rādhā's tied-up braids have slipped undone at the sight of Kṛṣṇa—that is the anubhāva. On the second layer Vṛndā teases that these 'self-controlled ascetics' (the braids) have won 'liberation'—and no wonder, since (L2) Kṛṣṇa hands out liberation even to the wicked, so of course self-restrained ones get it.
वे संयमी केश मुक्ति को प्राप्त हो गए। एक पाठ में — इन्द्रिय-निग्रही तपस्वी मोक्ष पा गए; दूसरे पाठ में — कसकर बँधे हुए बाल खुल गए।
The śleṣa is the verse's whole point, so foreground it: one and the same words carry the plain anubhāva (bound braids coming loose) and the mock-Vedāntic reading (self-controlled ascetics attaining mokṣa before the liberation-giver Kṛṣṇa).
श्लेष ही इस श्लोक का समूचा प्राण है, अतः उसे सामने रखिए: वही एक-के-एक शब्द दोनों अर्थ ढोते हैं — सीधा अनुभाव (बँधे केशों का खुल जाना) और उपहासपूर्ण वेदान्ती अर्थ (मुक्ति-दाता कृष्ण के आगे संयमी तपस्वियों का मोक्ष पा लेना)।

na vyākhyātam — [it is] not commented on.
na — नहीं; vyākhyātam — व्याख्या की गई
Jīva Gosvāmī leaves this verse without comment.
(इस श्लोक की कोई) व्याख्या नहीं की गई।
A bare editorial note that Jīva's Locana-rocanī passes over the verse—not an argument, just a record that there is nothing here from him.
यह मात्र एक सम्पादकीय टिप्पणी है कि जीव की 'लोचन-रोचनी' इस श्लोक को छोड़ जाती है — कोई तर्क नहीं, केवल इतना अभिलेख कि उनकी ओर से यहाँ कुछ नहीं है।

Viśvanātha sets the scene: Vṛndā is speaking to Śrī Rādhā, and she says it with a joke. Then he names the verse by its opening word, sphurati.
वृन्दा श्रीराधा से हँसी-मज़ाक के साथ कहती है — 'स्फुरति' इत्यादि।

saṁyamino vaśīkṛtendriyāḥ, pakṣe baddhāḥ ||
saṁyaminaḥthe word saṁyaminaḥ means—'संयमी' अर्थात्
vaśīkṛtendriyāḥthose who have subdued their senses (the ascetic reading)जिन्होंने इन्द्रियों को वश में कर लिया है (वे तपस्वी)
pakṣein the other readingदूसरे पक्ष में
baddhāḥbound, tied up (of the braids)बँधे हुए (केश)
saṁyaminaḥ — vaśīkṛtendriyāḥ; pakṣe — baddhāḥ.
saṁyaminaḥ — संयमी; vaśīkṛtendriyāḥ — वशीकृत-इन्द्रिय; pakṣe — दूसरे पक्ष में; baddhāḥ — बँधे हुए
Viśvanātha unpacks the pun-word saṁyaminaḥ directly. In one sense it means vaśīkṛtendriyāḥ, 'those who have brought their senses under control'—the ascetics. In the other sense (pakṣe) it means baddhāḥ, 'bound, tied up'—which fits the braids. He glosses only this word because it is the hinge of the śleṣa; the matching double sense of muktim ('liberation' / 'coming loose') the reader is left to carry across.
'संयमी' का अर्थ है — जिन्होंने इन्द्रियों को वश में किया हो; और दूसरे पक्ष में — कसकर बँधे हुए।

(66) — संस्करण की क्रम-संख्या
A bare numeral standing in the commentary flow after the verse-close. It carries no Sanskrit and no argument—an editorial/running number in this edition, not part of Viśvanātha's gloss.
(66) — यह कोई पद नहीं, केवल संस्करण की क्रम-संख्या है।
Not a decodable phrase: a parenthesized numeral (an edition's sequential reference), kept here only because it sits in the segment stream.
यह कोई विश्लेषण-योग्य पद नहीं — कोष्ठक में रखा एक अंक (किसी संस्करण की क्रमिक सन्दर्भ-संख्या), जिसे यहाँ केवल इसलिए रखा गया है कि वह खण्ड-क्रम में इसी स्थान पर आता है।
