pṛcchā — the asking; jñātasya api — about a thing even though it is already known; ajña-vat — as if you did not know it; priya-agre — before the beloved; maugdhyam — [is] maugdhya; īritam — so it is declared.
Asking a question about something you already know, as though you did not know it, right in front of your beloved — that is what is called maugdhya, girlish naivety.
maugdhya — from mugdha, 'innocent, artless, bewitchingly simple'; the anubhāva of feigned, charming ignorance put on before the beloved.

What are those creepers? And where do they grow? And by whom, pray, were they ever planted?
An udāharaṇa (illustration) of maugdhya, 'girlish naivety', the anubhāva defined just above in 11.65 — feigned ignorance before the beloved. Spoken by Satyabhāmā to Kṛṣṇa (so Viśvanātha).

nātha mat-kaṅkaṇa-nyastaṁ yāsāṁ muktā-phalaṁ phalam ||
nāthaO lord vocative — she addresses Kṛṣṇaहे नाथ
mat-kaṅkaṇa-nyastamset here in my braceletमेरे कंगन में जड़ा हुआ
yāsāmof which creepers genitive relative pronoun, reaching back to the latāḥ of the previous lineजिन (लताओं) का
muktā-phalamis the pearl — literally the 'pearl-fruit'मुक्ताफल (मोती)
phalamis the fruitफल (है)
nātha — O lord; yāsām — of which creepers; phalam — the fruit; muktā-phalam — [is] the pearl; mat-kaṅkaṇa-nyastam — set here in my bracelet.
O lord — those creepers whose fruit is this very pearl set in my bracelet: what are they, where, planted by whom? The whole trick turns on one word: muktā-phala means 'pearl', but it splits as 'pearl-fruit' (phala), so she can pretend the pearl is a fruit that ripened on some vine — and innocently ask where that vine grows. She knows perfectly well pearls are not garden produce; the not-knowing is the pose.
śleṣa on muktā-phala: as one word it simply means 'pearl'; broken open it reads muktā-phala, 'the pearl that is a fruit'. Naming it phalam, 'fruit', lets her treat the bracelet's pearl as a creeper's produce — the pivot on which the whole maugdhya rests.

na vyākhyātam.
na vyākhyātamnot explained — Jīva passes over the verse without commentव्याख्या नहीं की गई
na — not; vyākhyātam — explained.
Here Jīva Gosvāmī gives no gloss at all — the note simply records that he left the verse unexplained.
A meta-remark, not a gloss of the verse: it flags that this verse carries no comment from Jīva.

kāntā itinamely the verse tagged by its opening word iti marks a pratīka — the verse pointed to by its incipit'कान्ता' इत्यादि (इसी पद से आरम्भ होने वाला श्लोक)
śrī-satyabhāmā — Śrī Satyabhāmā; śrī-kṛṣṇam — to Śrī Kṛṣṇa; āha — says; kāntā iti — the verse beginning [thus].
Viśvanātha sets the scene: Śrī Satyabhāmā is speaking, and she is speaking to Śrī Kṛṣṇa — this is the example verse he now points to. It is from him that we have the speaker and the one addressed.
Viśvanātha cites the verse by an incipit, kāntā, where the mūla as printed here opens kās tā — a textual variant, left unresolved.
