Take the case where, out of shyness, pride, jealousy and the like, a person does not put into words the very thing she means to say.

vikṛta ('altered, changed') is the anubhāva being defined here: the meaning held back from speech, but leaked out through a gesture.

The udāharaṇa illustrating vikṛta (verse 58): a messenger reports how the lovely one answered Kṛṣṇa's message not in words but by horripilation. Viśvanātha names the speaker as Subala and the woman as Rādhā.

Jīva sets vikṛta against the moṭṭāyita defined just before. There, longing surfaces on its own, merely from hearing talk of the beloved. Here, by contrast, it is a matter deliberately left unspoken that a gesture reveals. That is the difference.

moṭṭāyita is an anubhāva treated earlier in this chapter; Jīva contrasts it to sharpen what is distinctive about vikṛta.

Viśvanātha draws the line differently. In moṭṭāyita what surfaces is longing itself; here what surfaces is merely the intended meaning — the thing she wished to convey. That is his difference.
Viśvanātha's contrast (longing vs. merely the intended meaning) is not Jīva's (longing arising on its own vs. a matter revealed by gesture); the two readings are left standing side by side, not merged.

An objection lurks: in the actual examples, what we see revealed is bhāva — feeling — not the bare 'intended meaning' he just named. Viśvanātha answers: that feeling is itself contained inside what she intends to convey, so the verse qualifies as vikṛta precisely in that one aspect. Understand it that way.

Now Viśvanātha stages the example. Subala reports to Śrī-Kṛṣṇa, recalling the message he had carried on Kṛṣṇa's behalf: 'O beloved Rādhā, today you simply must agree to come to the Govardhana cave to see the picture I have painted.'
Viśvanātha names the speaker as Subala and the addressee as Kṛṣṇa; so the 'my mouth' of the verse is Subala's, and 'the lovely woman' is Rādhā.
