Gaurī is here a kalahāntaritā — a heroine kept apart by a lovers' quarrel. Her friend speaks to her; the verse that begins 'hariṇā…' is what she says.
kalahāntaritā: one of the eight classes of nāyikā, the heroine separated from her lover by a quarrel of her own making and now regretful.

Viśvanātha hears a hidden suggestion in two of the verse's words — 'suśikṣitām' (well-trained) and 'svayam' (yourself). Once Kṛṣṇa has walked off, Gaurī is left broken with remorse for having spurned him. Now, pretending she is only teaching the mynah to say 'Hare Kṛṣṇa, Govinda,' she is really, to keep herself alive, taking shelter in the nectar of his name. That, he says, is the dhvani these two words carry.
dhvani: the suggested sense a word evokes beyond its literal one. Here the literal 'she teaches the well-trained bird herself' shadows a deeper reading — the estranged Gaurī herself surviving on Kṛṣṇa's name.
