An udāharaṇa of garva, 'pride', among the anubhāvas treated in prakaraṇa 11 (lead-in tatra garveṇa, yathā—). Śyāmalā, teasing, describes to Rādhā how Kṛṣṇa waits on her while she pointedly ignores him.

This Kṛṣṇa, tamer of Agha, has waited and gone on waiting for his moment with you.
agha-damana names Kṛṣṇa by his slaying of Aghāsura, the serpent-demon; the epithet quietly measures the gap between the mighty deed and the suitor now kept waiting.

This unpacks the 'waiting' of the verse. Kṛṣṇa has come in from the forest in the afternoon and slipped alone into the garden. He stands there turning it over: 'When will her garland finally be finished? When will I get a moment's chance? And when the moment comes, will she grant my heart's wish, or not?' That is the picture.

dṛśā kīdṛśyā? gāmbhīrya-puṣpaiḥ grathitā guru-helā eva mālā, tayā gahanayā durgamayā — with what glance? one that is a garland of sheer heavy disdain, strung from flowers of gravity, dense and impassable; kim iyaṁ mayi kṛpāvatī kaṭhorā vā iti tena durjñeya-bhāvayā — one whose feeling can't be read: 'is she kind to me or hard?'
dṛśā kīdṛśyā?
What kind of glance? Take the verse's image literally: her look is itself a garland — but strung from 'flowers' of gravity into one heavy chain of disdain, so dense he cannot see through it. Kṛṣṇa is left guessing: 'Is she kind to me, or hard-hearted?' The glance keeps its feeling hidden.
The verse turns on a doubled 'garland': with her hands Rādhā strings a real vana-mālā, and with her eyes she strings a mālā of disdain. Viśvanātha reads guru-helā as itself the garland, its flowers being gāmbhīrya, 'gravity' — the same weaving imagery serving both the literal act and the mood.

The closing scold — 'what is this unseemly conduct of yours!' — is vyāja-stuti: blame on the surface, praise underneath. By mock-scolding Rādhā's cold indifference, Śyāmalā is really celebrating the very pride (garva) the verse sets out to illustrate.
vyāja-stuti, 'praise-by-pretext', is a figure in which apparent censure carries hidden praise. Here the pretended reproach of Rādhā's disdain is in fact admiration of her sovereign indifference toward Kṛṣṇa — the anubhāva garva that this udāharaṇa exists to show.
