na bhrū-latāṁ kuṭilaya kṣipa naiva hastaṁ
na bhrū-latāṁ kuṭilayado not knit your vine-like eyebrow (into a frown) bhrū-latā = the brow imagined as a creeper; kuṭilaya is a causative imperative, "make crooked"अपनी लता-सी भौंह को टेढ़ी मत करो (na = मत, bhrū-latā = भौंह-रूपी लता, kuṭilaya = टेढ़ी करो)
kṣipa naiva hastaṁand do not fling away the hand either na eva = "nor at all", carrying the prohibition over to this second gestureऔर हाथ को भी बिलकुल मत झटको (hasta = हाथ, kṣipa = फेंको/झटको, na eva = तनिक भी नहीं)
na bhrū-latāṁ kuṭilaya — do not knit your vine-brow; kṣipa na eva hastaṁ — nor fling away the hand at all.
Kṛṣṇa pleads with her: Don't curl that creeper-brow into a frown. And don't throw off my hand either.
An udāharaṇa (the second, "yathā vā") of kuṭṭamita — feigned outward anger while the heart secretly delights — the anubhāva defined at UN 11.49-50: "stanādharādi-grahaṇe hṛt-prītāv api sambhramāt, bahiḥ krodho vyathitavat proktaṁ kuṭṭamitaṁ budhaiḥ." The whole verse is spoken in Kṛṣṇa's voice.

vaktraṁ ca kaṇṭakita-gaṇḍam idaṁ na rundhi |
vaktraṁ ca ... idaṁ na rundhiand do not hold back this face (do not turn it away) na rundhi = "do not block/withhold"; idaṁ vaktraṁ is its object, split around the describing compoundऔर इस मुख को भी मत रोको/मत छिपाओ (vaktra = मुख, ca = और, idaṁ = इस, na rundhi = मत रोको)
kaṇṭakita-gaṇḍamwhose cheeks are bristling with horripilation describes vaktram; kaṇṭakita = "made to bristle", the thrill of romāñca standing the down on endजिसके कपोल रोमांच से पुलकित हैं (kaṇṭakita = पुलकित/काँटे-से खड़े रोमवाला, gaṇḍa = कपोल)
vaktraṁ ca kaṇṭakita-gaṇḍam idaṁ na rundhi — and do not turn away this face, its cheeks bristling with the thrill of horripilation.
And don't turn away this face — the very cheeks are bristling with excitement. The horripilation gives away what she really feels, even as she resists.
kaṇṭakita-gaṇḍa (horripilated cheeks) is the anubhāva that betrays the inner delight: her body confesses the hṛt-prīti her outward anger denies.

tavādhara-bandhu-jīveon your lip, which is a bandhūka flower locative, "at/upon"; adhara = lower lip; bandhu-jīva (= bandhūka) is the red flower it is likened to — and, on the second reading, "the life of the beloved"तुम्हारे बन्धूक-पुष्प सदृश (लाल) अधर पर — अथवा तुम्हारे प्रियतम के प्राण-स्वरूप अधर पर (adhara = नीचे का ओष्ठ; bandhu-jīva = बन्धूक फूल, अथवा 'बन्धु का जीवन')
sundari — O beautiful one; asau madhusūdanaḥ prīṇātu — let this Madhusūdana take his delight; tava adhara-bandhu-jīve — upon your bandhūka-flower lip.
O lovely one, let this Madhusūdana have his fill — right here at your lip, red as a bandhūka blossom.
adhara-bandhu-jīva runs a double sense: the lip pictured as a bandhūka flower (for the bee-reading of L4), and "bandhoḥ jīvaḥ", the very life-breath of the beloved.

madhusūdano ’sauthis Madhusūdana — slayer of Madhu, and the honey-draining bee the śleṣa pivot: Madhu-sūdana = Kṛṣṇa (who killed the demon Madhu) AND madhu-sūdana = the bee that presses out honeyयह मधुसूदन — श्लेष का मोड़: एक अर्थ में मधु-दैत्य के वधकर्ता कृष्ण, दूसरे अर्थ में मधु (रस) चूसने वाला भ्रमर
madhure madhuni pītvā — having drunk the sweet honey; asau madhusūdanaḥ (prīṇātu) — let this Madhusūdana (take his delight).
Having drunk that sweet honey, let this Madhusūdana be content. And "Madhusūdana" is a pun: it is Kṛṣṇa, slayer of Madhu — and it is the honey-bee. So on one layer Kṛṣṇa drinks the nectar of her lip; on the other, a black bee sips the honey of a bandhūka flower.
The verse is built as a rūpaka-śleṣa: overlaid on the lovers' scene is a whole bee-and-flower picture — the bee (madhusūdana) drinking from the bandhūka-blossom lip (adhara-bandhu-jīva). Viśvanātha spells this out at his s4.

na bhrū-latām iti — (on) the verse "na bhrū-latām".
Jīva picks up the verse by its opening words, "na bhrū-latām," to comment on it.

kṛṣṇasya eva vacanam — (it is) the speech of Kṛṣṇa alone.
Jīva settles the one question that matters here: who is speaking? These are Kṛṣṇa's own words — the whole verse is in his voice.
So Jīva fixes the speaker as Kṛṣṇa; every imperative ("do not frown... let him drink") is Kṛṣṇa addressing Rādhā.

Viśvanātha explains why a second example is needed. In the last verse the heroine was exhausted from love-making and just wanted to sleep — so a reader might suspect her outward anger was genuine and her heart held no real delight. Not satisfied to leave that ambiguity, Rūpa adds another example, "yathā vā," where the inner love is unmistakable.

kaṇṭakita-gaṇḍam iti — the phrase "cheeks bristling"; hṛt-prīti-cihnam — is a mark of the heart's delight.
Viśvanātha points to the decisive word: "cheeks bristling with horripilation." That thrill on the cheeks is the tell-tale sign of delight in the heart — and it is exactly what removes the doubt raised about the earlier verse.
This closes the loop with s1: the horripilation (an anubhāva) proves the hṛt-prīti that mere fatigue could otherwise have hidden — so this is a clean case of kuṭṭamita.

asau madhusūdano mal-lakṣaṇa-bhramaraḥ ||

mal-lakṣaṇa-bhramaraḥis the bee that is characterized as me — that is, the bee which is myself mat = "me" (Kṛṣṇa); the compound makes the śleṣa explicit: "Madhusūdana" = the bee, and that bee is Kṛṣṇaमुझ (कृष्ण) के स्वरूप वाला भ्रमर है (mat = मुझ/कृष्ण; यह समास श्लेष को स्पष्ट कर देता है: 'मधुसूदन' = भ्रमर, और वह भ्रमर कृष्ण ही है)
asau madhusūdanaḥ — this Madhusūdana; mad-lakṣaṇa-bhramaraḥ — is the bee that has me for its mark (the bee that is I).
Viśvanātha unlocks the pun. When Kṛṣṇa says "this Madhusūdana," he means the honey-bee — and that bee is himself. So "let Madhusūdana drink the honey" reads at once as Kṛṣṇa drinking her lip's nectar and as the bee sipping the flower.
This is where the commentary foregrounds the śleṣa: madhusūdana as Kṛṣṇa (slayer of Madhu) and madhusūdana as bhramara (the honey-draining bee), the two held together by Kṛṣṇa's own "me" (mat).
