These four accusatives all describe mukham ('face') in L6. The commentators map each to a feeling from the list: the frown to indignation-and-anger, the bristling to longing, the stiffness to pride, the turning-aside to fear.

anyasyā ativiprakṛṣṭatvātbecause the other woman [the companion] is far too remote ablative of reason — 'because ...'
samāsena upasarjanī-bhūtām api — even though subordinated by the compound; śrī-rādhām eva [tasyāḥ] gṛhṇāti — 'her' grasps Rādhā alone; anyasyā ativiprakṛṣṭatvāt — because the other [the companion] is too remote
Grammatically Rādhā is tucked inside a compound (rādhā-kuca-mukulayoḥ) and so counts as 'subordinate', while the companion stands free — so you might expect 'her' to point to the companion. Jīva says no: tasyāḥ means Rādhā alone, because the other woman is far too remote to be the face he cherishes.
upasarjana is the Pāṇinian term for the subordinate member of a compound. By the usual rule a following pronoun looks to the syntactically prominent word (here the free-standing companion), not to a word buried in a compound — a blue lotus wears its 'blue' as part of itself, whereas Rādhā is only glimpsed through the compound. Jīva must therefore argue that context overrides grammar and lands 'her' on Rādhā.
