L1definition
śobhaiva kāntir ākhyātā manmathāpyāyanojjvalā ||
śobhā evathat very śobhā (radiant beauty) — the same grace, with nothing new added eva restricts: kānti is not a separate beauty but śobhā itself, transformedशोभा ही (जो शोभा अभी-अभी बताई गई, वही) — कोई पृथक् सौन्दर्य नहीं
manmatha-āpyāyana-ujjvalāonce it has been made to blaze by the satisfaction of love (manmatha, Cupid / erotic love; āpyāyana, being fed and sated; ujjvalā, set glowing) instrumental-sense compound: ujjvalā 'lit up' by manmatha-āpyāyanaकाम (मन्मथ) की तृप्ति के द्वारा जो देदीप्यमान हो उठी है
kāntiḥ ākhyātāis [then] declared to be kāntiवही कान्ति कही गई है
śobhā eva — that very śobhā; manmatha-āpyāyana-ujjvalā — once made to blaze by the fulfillment of love; kāntiḥ ākhyātā — is called kānti.
kānti is not a fresh beauty. It is śobhā itself — the glow already defined — after love has fed it and made it blaze. When the fulfillment of desire (manmatha, Cupid's work) lights up a woman's radiance, that heightened śobhā earns a new name: kānti.
Builds straight on śobhā, the grace defined just before this. The alaṅkāra-śāstra sense: kānti is the added luster that love, and above all its satisfaction, lends to a form that is already beautiful.

taruṇima-nava-lakṣmī-lekhayā — by the streak of the fresh splendor of surging youth; āliṅgita-aṅgī — she whose every limb is embraced.
Her whole body looks wrapped in a bright band of first youth. The fresh radiance of her blossoming yauvana runs over every limb like a streak of light holding her in its embrace. This is the second thing Kṛṣṇa points to in her.
An udāharaṇa (illustration) of kānti, defined just above in 11.15 — beauty heightened by love. Viśvanātha (below) names the setting: Kṛṣṇa speaks this verse to his friend Subala, praising Rādhikā.

And today, in this too she is beyond compare — in her exquisite art of love. api ('too') keeps the tally running: first her inborn sweetness, then the radiance of her youth, and now her mastery in love-play. On every count she stands above the rest.

This Rādhikā lays siege to my heart and drives it wild. She hems it in so completely — as Viśvanātha will spell out — that I now have no wish left for anyone else at all.

Jīva pins down what 'by nature' (prakṛtyā) means. It is not a plain physical given. Her sweetness of form flows from her nature as one steeped in deep love (gāḍha-anurāga). That love is so ingrained it has become her svabhāva — and so her very body turns sweet.

A bracketed '(14)' carried over from the print edition, not part of the Sanskrit to decode. It reads as a cross-reference numeral — most plausibly to 11.14, where śobhā (the beauty that kānti heightens) is defined. Nothing here to construe.

Viśvanātha sets the scene: it is Kṛṣṇa who speaks, and he speaks to his friend Subala. He tags the verse by its first word, 'prakṛti…', the ordinary way a commentator points to the line he is about to unfold.

What is Kṛṣṇa really saying with 'she besieges my heart'? Viśvanātha draws out the feeling behind it: right now I want no one else — not a single other gopī. She has so filled my heart that no room is left for any other longing.

kāma-mahodadheḥ tavafor you, who are a vast ocean of desire (kāma, erotic longing; mahā-udadhi, great ocean) genitive: 'in the case of you, an ocean of desire…'
katham ekayā anayā eva nirvāhaḥhow can just this one woman carry it through / suffice? eva presses the point: one woman alone, against a whole ocean?

Now an objection. Kṛṣṇa, your desire is a whole ocean — how could one woman alone ever satisfy it? Viśvanātha raises the doubt, then points to the answer already waiting in the verse: the word udārā, 'lavish, without bounds.'

Here is the reply, and it is why she is called udārā, 'lavish': she alone fills my every desire. The ocean of longing meets a giver without limit — one woman, yet she leaves no wish of mine unmet.
