yauvane — in youth; tāsām — of those heroines; sattvajāḥ alaṅkārāḥ — the ornaments born of sattva; tu viṁśatiḥ — number twenty.
In the bloom of youth, the heroines have twenty ornaments. They are called sattvaja — born of sattva, the mind flooded with feeling.
sattva here is the technical anubhāva-sense: the mind (citta) overwhelmed by emotion, from which these outward graces spring — not the guṇa 'goodness'. Viśvanātha spells this out in the next atom.

Viśvanātha defines the key word. 'Sattva' means the mind overrun by feelings that arise from things connected with Kṛṣṇa. What is born from that mind is called sattvaja.

netrānta-bhrū-grīvā-bhaṅgī-ādīnām tat-sūcakatvāt — because the eye-corners, brows, neck-tilt and the rest point to that feeling; tebhyaḥ jātāḥ — they are born from those limbs.
Why 'body-born'? Because the corner of the eye, the eyebrows, the tilt of the neck and so on are what reveal the feeling. Since the limbs display them, they count as born from the limbs.

But they are not truly born of the body. The verse has already said all twenty are sattvaja, born of sattva. So 'body-born' means only that the limbs reveal them, not that the body produces them.
