mānena sārdhaṁ paśupāla-subhruvāṁ
mānena sārdhaṁtogether with the māna (the sulking, jealous pique) mānena is instrumental governed by sārdham "along with"; the swans and the māna depart in one breath — the excitant carries both offमान के साथ-साथ (सार्धम् = के साथ; हंस और मान एक ही साँस में चल देते हैं)
paśupāla-subhruvāṁof the fair-browed cowherd women — whose māna it is genitive plural qualifying mānena: the sulking belongs to the gopīsसुन्दर भौंहोंवाली गोपियों के (मान के) — यह मान गोपियों का है
paśupāla-subhruvāṁ — of the fair-browed cowherd women; mānena sārdhaṁ — together with their māna (sulking-pride).
Along with the sulking-pride (māna) of the fair-browed cowherd women. The māna is the jealous pique that keeps a heroine aloof; the verse is about to say it leaves at the rains, just as the swans leave.
An udāharaṇa illustrating khagāḥ, "birds," as an uddīpana-vibhāva (excitant of rasa): the monsoon birds — swans leaving, cātakas arriving — are the excitant. This is the lakṣaṇa the verse serves under the chapter's uddīpana list.

ghanāgamewhen the rain-clouds come on, at the monsoon's onsetमेघों के आ जाने पर (जब बादल आ गए)
ghanāgame — when the rain-clouds arrive; marāla-mālā — the line of swans; calitā — has departed (and with it, from L1, the gopīs' māna).
When the rain-clouds gather, the line of swans has flown off. And the words "along with their māna" ride on the same verb: as the swans leave, the fair-browed gopīs' sulking leaves too. One departure, said of two things — the monsoon drives off both.

kadamba-kuñjeto the kadamba bower — where they gatherकदम्ब के कुंज में
vijihīrṣayāout of a desire to sport, longing to play instrumental of the desiderative noun from vi-√hṛ ("to sport"): because they wish to play — the motive for comingक्रीड़ा करने की इच्छा से (आने का यही कारण है)
samaṁtogether, in company (with their mates)एक साथ, मिलकर
kadamba-kuñje — to the kadamba bower; vijihīrṣayā — out of longing to sport; samaṁ — together.
To the kadamba bower, longing to play, together. As the sulking flies off with the swans, a desire for amorous play flies in — the excitant that drove māna away now draws the birds to sport.

nāgariO clever one, O coquette vocative addressing the heroine — Viśvanātha names her as Rādhāहे नागरि!
cātakāvalīthe flock of cātaka birds — the subject that arrivesचातकों की पंक्ति
nāgari — O clever one; cātakāvalī — the flock of cātaka birds; samāgatā — has arrived (kadamba-kuñje, out of longing to sport, together).
O clever one, the flock of cātaka birds has arrived. The cātaka drinks only the falling rain, so it rejoices at the monsoon and comes to the bower to sport. The pointing note is set: swans and sulking depart, cātakas and longing arrive — the rains are the excitant of union.

śrī-kṛṣṇe rādhām āha—māneneti ||
śrī-kṛṣṇewith Śrī Kṛṣṇa as the object of love (the viṣaya of the rati) locative marking the viṣaya — the one toward whom the mood is directed — not the speakerश्रीकृष्ण के प्रति (जिनकी ओर यह भाव लगा है — यही विषय है, बोलनेवाली नहीं)
rādhāmhe addresses Rādhā — she is the one spoken to accusative: āha takes the person addressed in the accusativeराधा को (जिससे कहा जा रहा है — 'आह' का सम्बोधित इसी द्वितीया में आता है)
āha[the poet] speaks, gives the wordsकहती है
mānenetiwith the verse beginning "mānena…" — the catchword pointing to it pratīka (mānena + iti): quotes the verse's opening word to name it'मानेन' इति — श्लोक का आरम्भिक शब्द 'मानेन' उद्धृत कर उसे नाम देती है
śrī-kṛṣṇe — Kṛṣṇa being the object of love; rādhām āha — [the poet] speaks to Rādhā; māneneti — namely, the verse "mānena…".
Viśvanātha frames the verse in one line. Kṛṣṇa is the object of the love-mood, and the words are addressed to Rādhā. He then just gives the catchword "mānena…" to point to the verse. So on his reading the clever addressee (nāgari) of the verse is Rādhā.
