kalahaṁsojjvala-jalpā
kalahaṁsojjvala-jalpāshe [autumn] whose bright chatter is the clear calling of the kalahaṁsa geese bahuvrīhi qualifying śarat (nom. fem.); kala-haṁsa, a goose whose autumn cries are proverbial — the śleṣa Viśvanātha will open up below.
kalahaṁsojjvala-jalpā — she [autumn] whose bright chatter is the clear calling of the kalahaṁsa geese.
Autumn is described first as one 'whose bright chatter is the kalahaṁsa geese' — the clear cries of the kalahaṁsas that fill the autumn sky are her sparkling talk. (A bahuvrīhi qualifying śarat, 'autumn', throughout this verse.)
An udāharaṇa illustrating śarat (autumn) among the seasonal uddīpana-vibhāvas (excitants that inflame the mood of love) of this chapter; per the lead-in 'śarat, yathā—'. Spoken by a vraja gopī to her friend — Viśvanātha (below) confirms 'she herself describes the autumn'.

prakaṭita-vṛndāvanoru-mādhuryā |
prakaṭita-vṛndāvanoru-mādhuryāshe by whom the abundant sweetness of Vṛndāvana has been made manifest bahuvrīhi qualifying śarat; prakaṭita- = 'brought into the open' — autumn uncovers the charm the season had hidden.
prakaṭita-vṛndāvanoru-mādhuryā — she by whom the great sweetness (uru-mādhurya) of Vṛndāvana has been made manifest.
Second: autumn is 'she by whom the abundant sweetness of Vṛndāvana has been revealed'. Autumn brings out Vṛndāvana's full charm for the eye — one more way the season stirs the mood.

dhṛtim apahartuṁ sakhi me
dhṛtimmy composure, my steadiness — the object she has come to take accusative; dhṛti, the self-control a heroine keeps against longing.
apahartumin order to steal [it] away infinitive of purpose — autumn arrived for this very end.
memy — of me [the speaker] genitive, construed with dhṛtim.
sakhi — O friend; me dhṛtim — my composure; apahartum — in order to steal [it] away.
'O friend, [she has come] to steal away my composure.' The bright autumn scene breaks the heroine's hard-held steadiness.

dūtīva hareḥ śaran militā ||
dūtīvalike a messenger-woman (= dūtī iva) iva marks the poetic fancy (utprekṣā): autumn is figured as a go-between.
hareḥof Hari (Kṛṣṇa) — whose messenger she is genitive with dūtī.
śaranautumn (śarat) — the subject of the whole verse nominative; śaran is sandhi for śarat before militā.
militāhas come, has arrived past participle agreeing with śarat (fem.).
śaran — autumn; hareḥ dūtī iva — like a messenger-woman of Hari (Kṛṣṇa); militā — has come.
The heart of the verse: autumn has arrived 'like a messenger-woman of Hari'. Autumn is imagined (iva) as Kṛṣṇa's go-between, come to soften the heroine's resolve and turn her toward him — which is exactly how a season functions as an uddīpana, an excitant that inflames the mood of love. The two preceding bahuvrīhis now read at once as autumn and as this messenger.

saiva śaradaṁ varṇayati—kalahaṁsy eva kalahaṁsānāṁ ca ||
sā evashe herself — the same gopī [as in the preceding verse] is the speaker nom., subject of varṇayati; eva ties this verse's speaker to the last.
śaradaṁ varṇayatidescribes the autumn śaradam, accusative object.
kalahaṁsy evaone reading of the compound: the bright talk is that of the kalahaṁsī herself — autumn as a single female goose, Hari's messenger eva marks the first resolution of kalahaṁsojjvala-jalpā (the dūtī-layer).
kalahaṁsānāṁ caand the other reading: the bright talk is that of the kalahaṁsa geese [plural] — the flock whose cries fill the autumn air ca adds the second resolution (the season-layer); genitive plural.
sā eva — she herself; śaradaṁ varṇayati — describes the autumn; kalahaṁsy eva — [the bright talk] of the kalahaṁsī herself; kalahaṁsānāṁ ca — and of the kalahaṁsa geese.
The same gopī now describes autumn. Viśvanātha's whole note is a terse unpacking of the pun in 'kalahaṁsojjvala-jalpā': the 'bright talk' (ujjvala-jalpa) is read two ways at once — it is the talk of the kalahaṁsī herself (autumn figured as one female goose, Kṛṣṇa's messenger), and it is the calling of the kalahaṁsa geese in the flock (the literal autumn sky). The 'eva … ca' holds both senses together — this is the śleṣa the whole verse turns on: one word describing the messenger and the season in a single stroke.
kalahaṁsa: a goose/swan whose calls are a stock sign of the autumn (śarat) season. The pun works because the same word names a bird of the season and, taken singular (kalahaṁsī), the graceful messenger-woman autumn is likened to.
