rāsāt tirohita-tanuḥ sakhi yasya puṣpaiś
rāsāt tirohita-tanuḥhis body slipped out of sight, away from the rāsa dance rāsāt is ablative of separation feeding tirohita — he withdrew from the round-dance; a bahuvrīhi describing Kṛṣṇa (piñcha-cūḍaḥ in L2)रास (नृत्य) से हटकर जिसका शरीर ओझल हो गया — वह (कृष्ण)
sakhiO friend — Rādhā turns to her companionहे सखी!

sakhi — O friend; [Kṛṣṇa,] rāsāt tirohita-tanuḥ — his body slipped out of sight, away from the rāsa dance; yasya puṣpaiḥ — with the flowers of which [tree] …
O friend — the one who had slipped away out of the rāsa dance, his body vanished from sight, once took the flowers of this very tree
An udāharaṇa: the karṇikāra (the golden karṇikāra blossom) offered as an uddīpana-vibhāva — an excitant of rasa — in prakaraṇa 10; quoted from Lalita-mādhava 7.15, spoken in Rādhā's voice. The verse runs across all four lines, so its clauses spill from one line into the next.

piñcha-cūḍaḥ — the peacock-crested one, Kṛṣṇa; mama cikure — on my hair; cūḍāṁ cakāra — made a crest, a chaplet [of those flowers]
the peacock-crested one wove into a crest on my hair. The one whose own crest is a peacock feather made a flower-crest for me.
piñcha-cūḍa, 'peacock-crest,' is Kṛṣṇa — he who wears the peacock plume; the poet sets his crest against the cūḍā (chaplet) he tied in Rādhā's hair.

Now this same tree, standing on the bank of the Yamunā and freshly in sprout,
kalinda-duhitṛ, 'the daughter of Kalinda,' is the Yamunā — she descends from Mount Kalinda, so poets call her Kālindī or Kalinda's daughter.

māṁ dandahīti sa muhur nava-karṇikāraḥ ||
māṁ dandahītiscorches me — burns me fiercely dandahīti is the intensive of √dah, 'burn' — the doubled stem says 'burns hard, again and again'; māṁ accusativeमुझे बार-बार प्रचण्डता से जलाता है

that fresh karṇikāra tree scorches me, again and again. The sight of the very flowers he once tied in her hair now burns her in his absence — the flower has become the excitant of her longing.
The tree works as the uddīpana here: seen once beside the rāsa and his hand, it now inflames Rādhā's love-in-separation. dandahīti, the intensive of dah, carries the fierceness — not merely 'burns' but 'burns and burns.'

The avataraṇikā tells us who speaks and where: it is Rādhā, roaming Nava-vṛndāvana, whose grief the verse voices.

dhṛta-kandalo jāta-pūrvāṅkuraḥ ||
dhṛta-kandalaḥ'bearing shoots' [the word from L3, now glossed]'धृत-कन्दल' (जिसने अंकुर धारण किए) पद का अर्थ
jāta-pūrvāṅkuraḥmeans: one whose sprouts have already come forth — it has put out its shoots jāta-pūrva is the idiom 'having formerly arisen' (like dṛṣṭa-pūrva, 'seen before'); so aṅkuraḥ jāta-pūrvaḥ yasya = the tree whose sprouts have by now appearedजिसके अंकुर पहले ही उग आए हैं — ऐसा (वृक्ष)
dhṛta-kandalaḥ — 'bearing shoots' = jāta-pūrvāṅkuraḥ — one whose sprouts have already come forth
Viśvanātha glosses dhṛta-kandalaḥ ('bearing shoots'): it means the tree whose sprouts have by now come forth — it stands freshly in leaf.
kandala and aṅkura both name the tender new sprout; Viśvanātha swaps the poet's word for the plainer one and adds jāta-pūrva to fix the sense — the shoots have already appeared.
