hari hari bhavatībhiḥ svānta-hārī hariṇyo
hari harialas, alas! — a cry of grief the exclamation, not the name; the commentators mark it as spoken 'in distress' (khede)हाय हाय! (खेद-सूचक उद्गार, हरि नाम नहीं)
bhavatībhiḥby you [ladies] — you were the ones who did it instrumental, the agent of the passive vyadhāyi in L2; honorific feminine pluralआप स्त्रियों के द्वारा (कर्ता, आदरार्थ बहुवचन)
svānta-hārīthe one who steals the heart sva-anta 'the inner heart, mind'; describes Hari in L2मन (हृदय) को हर लेने वाला — यह हरि का विशेषण
hariṇyaḥO doe-deer! vocative feminine plural — she is addressing the doesहे हरिणियो! (हे मृगियो — सम्बोधन)
hariṇyaḥ — O does; hari hari — alas, alas; svānta-hārī — that heart-stealer [Hari]; bhavatībhiḥ — by you.
hari hari — हाय हाय (खेद में); bhavatībhiḥ — आप स्त्रियों के द्वारा; svānta-hārī — मन को हर लेने वाला (हरि); hariṇyaḥ — हे हरिणियो
Alas, alas! O doe-deer — she calls out to the does. And this 'Hari' she asks about is the one who steals every heart. (The sentence runs on into the next line.)
हाय हाय! हे हरिणियो! मन को हर लेने वाले हरि को तुम स्त्रियों ने... (यह राधा का मृगियों के प्रति सम्बोधन है; प्रश्न अगली पंक्ति में पूरा होता है)।
An udāharaṇa of mṛgāḥ, 'the deer', as an uddīpana-vibhāva — an excitant that stirs the devotional mood; from Rūpa's Lalita-mādhava 3.35, spoken by Rādhā (so Viśvanātha, below). Notice the chime on the sound 'hari' running through the whole verse: hari hari (alas), hariṇyaḥ (does), hārī (heart-stealer), and hariḥ (Kṛṣṇa) in the next line — a sustained play on the one syllable.

vyadhāyiwas he made [into that] passive aorist of vi-dhā; the agent is bhavatībhiḥ back in L1बना दिया गया (कर्मवाच्य; कर्ता ऊपर 'भवतीभिः')
hariḥ — Hari; iha — here; bhavatībhiḥ (L1) — by you; apāṅga-ātithya-saṅgī — made the guest of your sidelong glances; kim vyadhāyi — was he so made?
hariḥ — हरि को (कर्म); iha — यहाँ; kim — क्या; apāṅga-ātithya-saṅgī — कटाक्ष रूपी आतिथ्य से संयुक्त; vyadhāyi — किया गया
Here in Vṛndāvana, did you does welcome Hari with the hospitality of your sidelong glances? Was he made the guest of your glances? She is asking the deer whether they have seen him — and half-accusing them of it.
क्या यहाँ हरि को तुम स्त्रियों ने अपने कटाक्ष रूपी अतिथि-सत्कार का पात्र बना दिया? अर्थात् क्या तुमने अपने तिरछे नयनों से उनका स्वागत कर लिया?

sāmi tv ardhe ||
sāmi tuas for the word sāmi tu singles out the one word being picked out for glossing'सामि' शब्द तो (जिसे यहाँ चुनकर समझाया जा रहा है)
ardheit is used to mean 'in half, halfway' locative gloss of the indeclinable sāmi'आधा' के अर्थ में
sāmi tu — as for sāmi; ardhe — [it is used] in the sense of 'half'.
sāmi tu — 'सामि' शब्द तो; ardhe — 'आधा' अर्थ में
Jīva pauses on one word: sāmi means 'half'. So sāmi-līḍha is 'half-chewed' — the grass was only halfway eaten when it fell.
जीव कहते हैं — 'सामि' शब्द 'आधा' (अर्ध) के अर्थ में है।
sāmi is an uncommon indeclinable meaning 'half' (Sanskrit ardha), which is why Jīva stops to gloss it.
'सामि' एक असाधारण अव्यय है जिसका अर्थ 'आधा' (संस्कृत अर्ध) है; इसी कारण जीव इसे समझाने के लिए यहाँ रुकते हैं।

tatra eva lalita-mādhave — in that same Lalita-mādhava; śrī-vṛndāvaneśvarī — the Queen of Vṛndāvana [Rādhā]; māthura-vivāha-unmādena — maddened by [his] Mathurā-wedding; śrī-kṛṣṇam anveṣayantī — searching for śrī Kṛṣṇa; prāha — speaks; hariharīti — the 'hari hari'; khede — [is] in grief.
tatraiva lalita-mādhave — उसी ललित-माधव में; śrī-vṛndāvaneśvarī — श्री वृन्दावनेश्वरी; māthura-vivāha-unmādena — मथुरा-विवाह के उन्माद के कारण; śrī-kṛṣṇam anveṣayantī — श्रीकृष्ण को ढूँढ़ती हुई; prāha — कहती हैं; hariharīti — 'हरि हरि' यह; khede — खेद के अर्थ में
Viśvanātha sets the scene. This verse too is from the Lalita-mādhava. Rādhā, the Queen of Vṛndāvana, has been driven mad by the thought that Kṛṣṇa is being married off in Mathurā. Wandering in search of him, she speaks these words. And the opening 'hari hari' is not his name — it is a cry of grief.
उसी ललित-माधव में श्री वृन्दावनेश्वरी (राधा) मथुरा-विवाह के उन्माद के कारण श्रीकृष्ण को ढूँढ़ती हुई कहती हैं — 'हरि हरि'। यहाँ 'हरि हरि' खेद (दुःख) के अर्थ में है।
Viśvanātha's one-word gloss khede does the śleṣa work: it separates the grief-cry 'hari hari' from the identical-sounding harir = Kṛṣṇa two words later, so the ear does not fuse the lament with the name.
विश्वनाथ का एक-शब्द वाला अर्थ 'खेद' यहाँ श्लेष का काम करता है — यह शोक-सूचक 'हरि हरि' को दो शब्द बाद आने वाले, उसी ध्वनि वाले 'हरिः' (अर्थात् कृष्ण) से पृथक् कर देता है, जिससे कान विलाप को नाम के साथ मिला न दे।

Viśvanātha glosses three words. sukha- means the grass is sheer delight to them. tṛṇa-kavala is 'mouthfuls of grass'. And sāmi-līḍha — 'half-chewed' — he sharpens to 'half-swallowed, even': the spell is so strong that even grass already halfway down their throats slips back out and falls.
'सुख-तृण' अर्थात् जो घास सुखदायक है; 'तृण-कवल' अर्थात् घास के ग्रास; और 'सामि-लीढ' अर्थात् आधे निगले हुए भी। ('अपि' से यह भाव कि जो घास आधी निगली जा चुकी, वह भी छूट जाती है।)
