ābhīra-vṛndādhipa-nandanasya
ābhīra-vṛndādhipa-nandanasyaof the son (nandana) of the chief (adhipa) of the host (vṛnda) of cowherds (ābhīra) — that is, Nanda's boy, Kṛṣṇa; a genitive reaching forward to 'body' in the next line genitive governing kalevara (kalevara-alaṅkaraṇa…) in L2 — 'of his body'आभीर (गोपों) के समूह के अधिपति (नन्द) के पुत्र कृष्ण के [शरीर का]
ābhīra-vṛndādhipa-nandanasya — of Kṛṣṇa, the son of Nanda the cowherd-chief, whose body the red mineral goes on to adorn.
This is Rādhā, apart from Kṛṣṇa and aching, speaking. 'Of the son of the chief of the cowherd host' — she means Kṛṣṇa, Nanda's boy. In her longing the red mineral she is looking at already belongs to his body.
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) of adri-dhātu — 'the mineral-ore of the mountain' — as an uddīpana-vibhāva, an excitant of rasa; the lead-in reads 'adri-dhātur, yathā—'. Viśvanātha frames the whole verse as spoken by Rādhā in viraha (separation).

kṣipta-indra-gopa-aṁśuḥwhose gleam has outdone the indra-gopa's — kṣipta 'flung aside, put to shame,' indra-gopa-aṁśu 'the ray of the cochineal,' the little rain-born insect proverbial for its brilliant red; this red outshines even that bahuvrīhi describing dhātu-rāgaḥ: 'the [red] by which the indra-gopa's ray is surpassed'जिसने इन्द्रगोप (कीट) की किरण को तिरस्कृत कर दिया है — ऐसा (लाल धातु-राग)

ayaṁ kṣipta-indra-gopa-aṁśuḥ apāṁśulaḥ — this spotless [red], whose gleam has outshone the indra-gopa's.
Its red outshines even the indra-gopa — the tiny rain-born insect famous for its vivid red. And it is spotless, without a fleck of dust. The insect crawls in the wet earth; this mineral-red is dustless yet redder still.
apāṁśula literally 'free of dust' (pāṁśu = dust); both Jīva and Viśvanātha gloss it as amalina, 'unstained, spotless.' Set against the indra-gopa, a mud-born rain-insect, the epithet quietly plays dusty-crawler against dustless-red.

rāgaṁon the surface the redness — but really the passion (rāga); this is the pun the verse turns on object of tanoti; śleṣa — 'red color' / 'love,' resolved to 'love' by Viśvanāthaराग को (श्लेष — 'लाल रंग' तथा 'अनुराग', दोनों)
mamain me, my — she makes it personalमेरे
dhātu-rāgaḥthe red of the mountain-mineral (dhātu = ore, rāga = its red hue) — and by the same pun, the surge of love that red stirs up the compound itself carries the śleṣa: 'ore-red' outwardly, 'the passion of the elements/of the mineral' inwardlyधातु का राग (बाहर 'खनिज की लालिमा', भीतर 'धातुओं/खनिज का अनुराग')
mama dhātu-rāgaḥ rāgaṁ tanoti — this red of the mountain-mineral swells the passion in me.
And so this red of the mountain-mineral spreads my passion. The pun is the whole point: dhātu-rāga is 'the red of the ore,' but rāga is also love. Because the red belongs to Kṛṣṇa's own Govardhana, seeing it makes her longing for him swell. That is exactly how a mountain's ore works as an uddīpana — an excitant that kindles her love.
The headline śleṣa of the verse: rāga = both 'red color' (of the ore) and 'passion.' 'The red spreads red' on the surface becomes 'the sight of this red swells my love' underneath — which is why the adri-dhātu counts as an uddīpana-vibhāva.

apāṁśulatvam — amalinatvam: apāṁśula-ness = being spotless.
Jīva pins down just the one hard word. apāṁśula means 'spotless,' unstained — nothing more to read into it. He settles it so no one mishears the epithet.

virahiṇī rādhā govardhana-sthaṁ gairikam ālokya āha — ābhīra iti: Rādhā in separation, catching sight of the red ochre on Govardhana, speaks the 'ābhīra' verse.
Viśvanātha sets the scene. Rādhā is apart from Kṛṣṇa and aching. On Govardhana hill she spots the gairika — the red ochre, a red mineral. Seeing it, she speaks this verse. So the mountain's red is what sets her off — the excitant in action.
gairika = red ochre / ruddle, a red earth-mineral used as pigment; here it is the adri-dhātu ('mountain-ore') that the lead-in offers this verse to illustrate.

tad-darśana-tṛṣṇāmmeans the thirst to see him — tat 'him (Kṛṣṇa),' darśana 'seeing,' tṛṣṇā 'thirst'उसके (कृष्ण के) दर्शन की तृष्णा — यही यहाँ 'राग' का अर्थ है
rāgaṁ — tad-darśana-tṛṣṇām: 'passion' = the longing to see Kṛṣṇa.
Here Viśvanātha names what the pun points to. On its face rāga is the mineral's 'red'; he reads the intended sense — the thirst to see Kṛṣṇa. That is the very passion the red swells in her.
This is where the verse's śleṣa lands: the surface 'red' (rāga) is resolved into 'the longing to behold Kṛṣṇa,' turning the sight of the ore into an uddīpana of her love.
